一种多功能陶瓷加热电子炉,特别是用正温度系数环状陶瓷发热元件(PTC)的电炉。
现有的电炉是在磁盘上放电阻丝,直接加电源,存在着功耗大、费电、热效率低等缺点。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种功耗小、结构简单、体轻、节省电力、热的快而且平稳的电炉。而采用了正温度系数陶瓷发热器件(PTC)实现了上述要求。
本实用新型具有省电、热效率高、热的快而且平稳、体轻等优点,是一般电炉所不及的,是电炉的换代新技术。
本实用新型是这样实现的,电子炉用顶盖、绝缘导热膜、散热极片、陶瓷发热元件、电极片、炉内瓷支架顺序排列,并固定在电炉外壳上,电极片分别接电源正极,散热极片与电源负极相连。

本实用新型实施例采用正温度系数环状陶瓷电发热元件,电子炉的组成是从上至下由顶盖1、绝缘导热膜2、散热极片3、陶瓷发热元件4及4′、电极片5及5′、炉内瓷支架7顺序排放,最后固定在电子外壳6上,电极8、9由电极片5及5′引出接电源正极,电极10由散热极片3引出与电源负极相连,用电源开关控制电子炉的温度,当电极8、9与10都接通时热量最大,当只8、10或9、10接通时,温度减小,以便调节温度。这种电子炉具有体轻、热效率高,节省电能,安全可靠等特点,是电炉技术的创新,大有开发前景。

1、一种多功能陶瓷加热电子炉,由电热器件和底盘组成,其特征在于:该电子炉从上至下将顶盖、绝缘导热膜、散热极片、陶瓷发热元件、电极片、炉内瓷支架顺序排列,固定在底座上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多功能陶瓷加热电子炉,其特征在于:电极片分别接电源正极,散热电极片接电源负极。
