技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种乳液泵,特别是一种无污染的乳液泵。
技术背景:
现有存放日用化工乳液的乳液瓶上都设有乳液泵用来吸取乳液瓶内的乳液,其乳液泵内设的复位金属弹簧直接与泵内的乳液接触,时间一长,金属弹簧将会生锈并污染经乳液泵流出的乳液,另外金属弹簧生锈后其寿命大大降低;1999年4月14日中国专利公告中公开了专利号为97243110(授权公告号为CN 2314128Y)的专利,该专利中公开了一种乳液泵的防进水机构,其内介绍的乳液泵所用的复位弹簧就直接与泵内乳液接触。
发明内容:
技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种无污染的乳液泵,它解决了现有乳液泵中存在的复位弹簧污染泵内乳液的问题。
技术方案:
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种无污染的乳液泵,包括:按头、导管、泵体、泵盖、活塞、复位弹簧、上单向阀和下单向阀;其特征在于:复位弹簧装在泵盖外侧与导管之间。
所述的无污染的乳液瓶,其特征在于:上单向阀由导管、活塞和开关柱组成;其中导管下端为一小管,活塞套在小管外并与小管滑动配合,从导管过渡到小管的内、外径过渡处分别有内台阶和外台阶,其中外台阶对活塞起上限位作用;上部设有环形倒扣、下部设有环形翼的开关柱其环形倒扣扣住导管的内台阶,开关柱的环形翼对活塞起下限位作用。
有益效果,由于采用了本实用新型所述的技术方案,金属弹簧不与乳液接触,所以金属弹簧不会污染乳液,而且金属弹簧不易生锈,延长了乳液泵的使用寿命。

从图1中可见,所述的无污染的乳液泵,包括:按头1、导管3、泵体6、泵盖7、活塞8、复位弹簧4、上单向阀和下单向阀。其中复位弹簧4装在泵盖7外侧与导管3之间。上单向阀由导管3、活塞8和开关柱9组成;其中导管3下端为一小管31,活塞8套在小管31外并与小管31滑动配合,从导管3过渡到小管31的内、外径过渡处分别有内台阶33和外台阶32,其中外台阶32对活塞8起上限位作用;上部设有环形倒扣91、下部设有环形翼92的开关柱9其环形倒扣91扣住导管3的内台阶33,开关柱9的环形翼92对活塞8起下限位作用。玻珠10起单向阀的作用。
图1中,开关塞9上部的环形倒扣91压住导管3的内台阶33,使泵体内腔A与导管内腔B分隔开。当按头1开始被压下时,由于活塞8与泵体6间的摩擦力大于活塞8与小管31间的摩擦力,所以,开始时导管3先下降,开关柱9因自重而跟着下降,使环形翼92与活塞8间有一间隙,直到导管3上的外台阶32压住活塞8时,泵体内腔A内的乳液被玻珠10限制不能通过吸管11回流瓶内而受压,只能从环形翼92与活塞8间的间隙进入开关柱9与小管31之间的间隙,然后进入导管内腔B后从按头1喷出。反之,当按头1复位时,导管3先向上运动直到内台阶33接触到开关柱9的环形倒扣91时,拖住开关柱9一齐向上运动,直支开关柱9上的环形翼93带动活塞8也向上运动,这时泵体内腔A产生负压,玻珠10向上运动打开下单向阀,瓶内乳液通过吸管11进入泵体内腔6内以备下次按下按头1时进入导管内腔B内。

1、一种无污染的乳液泵,包括:按头(1)、导管(3)、泵体(6)、泵盖(7)、活塞(8)、复位弹簧(4)、上单向阀和下单向阀;其特征在于:复位弹簧(4)装在泵盖(7)外侧与导管(3)之间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的无污染的乳液瓶,其特征在于:上单向阀由导管(3)、活塞(8)和开关柱(9)组成;其中导管(3)下端为一小管(31),活塞(8)套在小管(31)外并与小管(31)滑动配合,从导管(3)过渡到小管(31)的内、外径过渡处分别有内台阶(33)和外台阶(32),其中外台阶(32)对活塞(8)起上限位作用;上部设有环形倒扣(91)、下部设有环形翼(92)的开关柱(9)其环形倒扣(91)扣住导管(3)的内台阶(33),开关柱(9)的环形翼(92)对活塞(8)起下限位作用。
