Abstract

一种竖炉导风墙,在导风墙下的两大水梁上,用框形砖砌筑导风墙体。大水梁外包裹着保温材料。本实用新型使两墙壁形成了一个框架式的结构,是一个有良好导风效果的整体,所以安全稳定,两大水梁之间不再需要连结板。梁外包裹着保温材料,使大水梁钢管隔离高温,不易变形,且节约冷却水。

Description

竖炉导风墙
本实用新型涉及一种冶炼焙烧设备,属于一种竖炉导风墙。
在生产球团的竖炉中设置导风墙,是解决冷却风对竖炉生产的干扰、提高竖炉球团产量和质量的有效措施。现有的导风墙,都是在两冷却水管的大水梁上砌砖形成两墙壁,稳定性差,大水梁之间需要用耐热钢板作连结板,而连结板又不便冷却,高温下易变形。大水梁钢管直接暴露在一千多度高温球团中。所以导风墙寿命短,作业率低,并且冷却水耗量大,如果断水,只要几分钟就会出现水梁变形,可导致整个导风墙倒塌。
本实用新型的目的,是要提供一种安全稳定的竖炉导风墙。
实用新型是这样实现的:在导风墙下的两大水梁上,用框形砖砌筑导风墙体。大水梁外包裹着保温材料。
本实用新型使两墙壁形成了一个框架式的结构,是一个有良好导风效果的整体,所以安全稳定,两大水梁之间不再需要连结板。梁外包裹着保温材料,使大水梁钢管隔离高温,不易变形,且节约冷却水。

参照附图,由内外管组成的大水梁2中,通有循循冷却水,梁外包裹着保温材料3。大水梁上面砌筑框形砖1,构成有垂直通风口4的整体导风墙。
