Abstract

一种用于电力系统清扫绝缘子表面污秽的风力清扫环,由一个绝缘环和风力推动碗、毛刷环、刮板等组成,利用风力使清扫环在绝缘子上旋转,扫除和刮去绝缘子表面上的污垢,使绝缘子保持清洁,防止污闪事故发生。

Description

绝缘子风力清扫环
本实用新型涉及一种电力系统绝缘子清扫装置。
目前,电力系统使用的绝缘子表面积污现象严重,因此,过一定的时间就要清扫一次,一般采用人工清扫、机械清扫或带电水冲洗,人工清扫、机械清扫费时费力,带电水冲洗成本高;有些地方受地理条件限制不能进行机械清扫或带电水冲洗。以上方法都需要定时清扫,由于清扫不及时,电力系统经常发生污闪事故。
本实用新型的目的就是克服现有技术中的不足,而设计一种风力自动清扫装置。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来实现,在一个绝缘环(3)上穿有若干个、按一个方向排列的风力推动碗(1),组成风力清扫环,将风力清扫环套在绝缘子(4)上,当有风吹动时,风力清扫环就会转动,风力推动碗(1)的边沿就不断的刮去绝缘子表面上的污垢,从而保证绝缘子表面永远清洁,防止污闪事故发生。
本实用新型相比现有技术有如下优点:
1、随时都在清扫,绝缘子表面永远不会积污。
2、节省大量人力物力。
3、消除了因清扫带来的不安全因素。

附图1至7是实施例一的结构示意图。附图1是半球形(也可以做成抛物面形)风力推动碗(1)的正视图和左剖视图;附图2是圆锥形(也可以做成其他锥形)风力推动碗(1)的正视图和左剖视图;附图3、附图4是风力推动碗(1)的孔(2)中穿有绝缘环(3)的局部剖视图,风力推动碗(1)与绝缘环(3)粘接固定在一起;附图5是绝缘环(3)上穿有若干个、按一定方向排列的风力推动碗(1)组成风力清扫环的结构示意图;附图6是绝缘子(4)的结构示意图;附图7是绝缘子(4)上套有风力清扫环的结构示意图;当有风吹动时,风力清扫环就会转动,风力推动碗(1)的边沿就不断的刮去绝缘子(4)表面上的污垢,从而保证绝缘子表面永远清洁,防止污闪事故发生。风力清扫环用绝缘材料制成,其材质可以是塑料、橡胶、尼龙等。风力清扫环可以套在电力系统任何设备的绝缘瓷裙上。
附图8、9是实施例二的结构示意图。与实施例一的区别是,风力推动碗(1)的碗边上设计有刮污沿(5),有利于清扫污垢。
附图10、11、12是实施例三的结构示意图。绝缘环(3)上风力推动碗(1)之间装有若干个带有孔的隔离珠子(6),用来固定风力推动碗(1)之间的距离。隔离珠子(6)的形状可以是球状,也可以是管子状;附图12是绝缘环(3)上穿有管子状隔离珠子(6)的风力清扫环的局部剖视图。
附图13是实施例四的结构示意图。在绝缘环(3)上有凸环(7),用来固定风力推动碗(1)。
附图14、15是实施例五的结构示意图。为了提高清扫速度和清扫质量,在绝缘环(3)上穿有毛刷环(8);附图15是毛刷环(8)的正剖视图和左视图。
附图16、17是实施例六的结构示意图。为了能清扫到瓷裙的边沿,在绝缘环(3)上穿有刮板(9);附图17是刮板(9)的正视图和左视图。
附图18、19是实施例七的结构示意图。在制造时风力推动碗(1)与绝缘环(3)一次成形,固定在一起,为一体化的一个整体。
附图20、21是实施例八的结构示意图。所有的风力清扫环都有一个接头问题,接口(10)可以采用热熔连接;也可以如附图21所示的,在接口(10)处套一个连接套管(11)粘合或熔接。
附图22是实施例九的结构示意图。与上述风力清扫环不同的是,风力推动碗(1)不是穿在绝缘环(3)的中间,而是固定在绝缘环(3)的旁边。

1、一种用绝缘材料制成的绝缘子风力清扫环,其特征在于绝缘环(3)上固定有风力推动碗(1)。
2、按权利要求1所述的绝缘子风力清扫环,其特征在于风力推动碗(1)的碗边上有刮污沿(5)。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的绝缘子风力清扫环,其特征在于绝缘环(3)上装有隔离珠子(6)。
4、按权利要求1或2所述的绝缘子风力清扫环,其特征在于绝缘环(3)上有凸环(7)。
5、按权利要求1或2所述的绝缘子风力清扫环,其特征在于绝缘环(3)上穿有毛刷环(8)、刮板(9)。
6、按权利要求3所述的绝缘子风力清扫环,其特征在于绝缘环(3)上穿有毛刷环(8)、刮板(9)。
7、按权利要求4所述的绝缘子风力清扫环,其特征在于绝缘环(3)上穿有毛刷环(8)、刮板(9)。
