本实用新型公开了一种现浇清水砼结构模板,它包括有槽钢和钢模板,在槽钢和钢模板之间竖向加装有钢管,其特征在于:钢模板的模面上粘贴有PVC板。本实用新型具有以下效果,在大型建筑上使用该模板能节约水泥用量,节约粉刷费用,取消涂料层费用。利用钢模板表面粘贴PVC板,施工生产的砼构件内实外光,棱角方正(或倒圆、起线),光泽好,表面平整,可与高级装修的大理石相媲美。

现浇清水砼结构模板
本实用新型涉及一种现浇清水砼结构模板，特别适用于钢筋砼框架结构。
现有的清水砼结构模板，它包括钢模板骨架，钢模板的四周采用钢管柱箍加固，其缺点是该钢模板表面粗糙，表面无光泽，还要对模板表面进行再次粉刷，造成人力物力资源的浪费。
本实用新型的任务是提出一种模板表面平整，有光泽、内实外光，棱角方正(或倒圆、起线)，成本低的现浇清水砼结构模板。
本实用新型的任务是这样完成的，它包括有槽钢和钢模板，在槽钢和钢模板之间竖向加装有钢管，其特征在于：钢模板的模面上粘贴有PVC板。
本实用新型具有以下效果，在大型建筑上使用该模板能节约水泥用量，节约粉刷费用，取消涂料层费用。利用钢模板表面粘贴PVC板，施工生产的砼构件内实外光，棱角方正(或倒圆、起线)，光泽好，表面平整，可与高级装修的大理石相媲美。

本实用新型的任务是这样完成的，采用普通P3015钢模板1作骨架，在钢模板1与槽钢4之间竖向加装有钢管3，槽钢4、钢管3和钢模板1之间用对拉螺栓连接，对拉螺栓的间距是600毫米。钢模板1的模面上粘贴有PVC板2，PVC板2与钢模板1之间粘贴材料选用树脂胶，该现浇清水砼结构模板符合验标的优良标准，对保证质量提高起到了良好的作用。
