蒸馏烤炉,包括壳体(11),外锅(12)、内锅(10)、锅盖(4)、电热元件(8)、保温材料(13)、控制面板(16),其特征在于:在内锅上部固定有带孔的喷淋筛盘(1),内锅里还设置有带盖的密闭调料盒(9),出料管(2)一端穿过调料盒盖(7),伸入到调料盒内腔下部,另一端伸到喷淋筛盘内,装有调压阀(3)的调压管(5)的一个端头穿过调压盒盖(7)与调料盒内腔连通。本实用新型可自动向烘烤食品均匀喷淋调料,使用方便。

蒸馏烤炉
本实用新型属一种蒸馏烤炉。
在烤制肉、鸡等食物时，常需在烤制过程中向烤制物上喷洒调料，用现有烤炉烤食品时，喷洒调料需要手工操作，而且很不方便。
本实用新型旨在提供一种能自动向烤制物上喷洒调料的蒸馏烤炉。
实现上述目的的技术方案是：本实用新型包括壳体(11)，外锅(12)、内锅(10)、锅盖(4)、包在外锅外壁上的电热元件(8)、夹在壳体与外锅之间的保温材料(13)、控制面板(16)，其特征在于：在内锅腔体上部固定有带孔的喷淋筛盘(1)，内锅里还设置有带盖的密闭调料盒(9)，出料管(2)一端穿过调料盒盖(7)，伸入到调料盒内腔下部，另一端伸到喷淋筛盘内，装有调压阀(3)的调压管(5)的一个端头穿过调压盒盖(7)与调料盒内腔连通。
本实用新型的工作原理是：在密封调料盒内放入液态的调料，烘烤食物过程中，调料盒内的空气受热膨胀，使液态调料通过出料管被挤压到喷淋筛盘上，再淋到下部的烘烤物上，当调料盒内压力过大时，调压阀打开，排出部分空气减压，这样可自动调节出料管的调料流量。
本实用新型结构简单，可在烤制食品的同时，自动向烘烤食品均匀喷淋调料，使用方便。

实施例说明：
本例带孔的喷淋筛盘1固定在锅盖4下方，内锅10里设有烤架14，密封调料盒盖7上设有不锈钢制成的出料连接管15和调压连接管6，出料连接管15一端为斜口，插到调料盒底部，另一端露出盒盖上面，与出料管2连接，出料管另一端通到喷淋筛盘内，调压连接管6一端穿过盒盖并与盒盖内面平齐，另一端露出盒盖上面，与设有调压阀3的调压管5下端连接，调压管另一端通到喷淋筛盘上。本例调压管5装调压阀3的部位伸出锅盖并固定于锅盖上。

1、蒸馏烤炉，包括壳体(11)，外锅(12)、内锅(10)、锅盖(4)、包在外锅外壁上的电热元件(8)、夹在壳体与外锅之间的保温材料(13)、控制面板(16)，其特征在于：在内锅腔体上部固定有带孔的喷淋筛盘(1)，内锅里还设置有带盖的密闭调料盒(9)，出料管(2)一端穿过调料盒盖(7)，伸入到调料盒内腔下部，另一端伸到喷淋筛盘内，装有调压阀(3)的调压管(5)的一个端头穿过调压盒盖(7)与调料盒内腔连通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蒸馏烤炉，其特征在于：所述喷淋筛盘(1)固定在锅盖(4)下方，内锅(10)里设有烤架(14)，密封调料盒盖(7)上设有不锈钢制成的出料连接管(15)和调压连接管(6)，出料连接管(15)一端为斜口，插到调料盒底部，另一端露出盒盖上面，与出料管(2)连接，出料管另一端通到喷淋筛盘内，调压连接管6一端穿过盒盖并与盒盖内面平齐，另一端露出盒盖上面，与设有调压阀(3)的调压管(5)下端连接，调压管另一端通到喷淋筛盘上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的蒸馏烤炉，其特征在于：所述调压管(5)装调压阀(3)的部位伸出锅盖并固定于锅盖上。
