Abstract
一种铁道轨枕用防偏斜胶垫,解决了原有胶垫在列车振动下产生偏移可窜动的问题。其结构为在原胶垫朝上的平面四角上增设四个挡肩条,使钢轨恰好可以放入其中,可延长轨枕和胶垫的使用寿命,可大大减少线路维修的工作量。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种铁道线路钢筋混凝土轨枕用胶垫。
原有轨道线路轨枕用胶垫容易产生纵向偏移、窜动，影响其减振效果，降低钢轨和轨枕的使用寿命，也给工务维修带来大量的工作。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种不产生偏移和窜动的胶垫。
方案如下：在原有方形胶垫朝上的四角上增设四个相同的方形档肩条，使钢轨轨底恰好可以落在四个挡肩条形成的槽中，在制作时为保持其结构的整体性，可模压为一体。挡肩条的大小以使钢轨能够恰好放入其形成的槽中为宜。

图1中，四个方形挡肩条2分布在胶垫1朝上平面的四个角上，与胶垫1模压为一体。为不影响轨距挡板的安装，必须预留出轨距挡板的宽度，因此挡肩长度应小于32.5mm，为取出扣件方便，选择挡肩条长度为30mm，挡肩条的厚度以5mm为宜，过小起不到防偏作用，过大成本太高。
本实用新型可用于各种钢轨类型，能延长钢轨、轨枕及胶垫的使用寿命，还可增强减振效果，大大减少了线路维修工作量。

1.一种防偏斜胶垫，其特征是：在胶垫(1)朝上平面的四角上分别增设四个方形挡肩条(2)，与胶垫(1)模压为一体。
