废弃生物质资源的开发利用是目前农村中急需解决的一件大事,每年大量产生的生物质资源除少部分得以利用外,大部分由于不能被及时利用,已成为农民的负担。为此,已生产销售的“生物质环保高效气化炉”(专利号:00236746.7)为废弃生物质资源作为民用燃料使用开辟了新的途径,并取得了较好的使用效果。但其在实际应用中仍存在以下问题:一是在使用过程中再添加燃料困难,从而在使用时间上限制了使用者;二是烟气的余热没有被充分利用,仍有部分热能被白白浪费掉,不利于节能。
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种可在气化燃烧过程中方便添加燃料的新型生物质环保高效气化炉。本实用新型的次要目的是提供一种可充分利用烟气中余热的新型生物质环保高效气化炉。
为实现上述主要目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:其由炉体、炉芯及燃烧灶具组成,炉芯设置在炉体内、其上设有加料口、出灰口及助燃孔,内部设有炉篦,外部设有隔热层,其与炉体间形成有预热空气通道,该预热空气通道分别与炉芯上的助燃孔及炉体上的预热空气入口连通;燃烧灶具设置在炉体上端,其由夹层灶体、挡火圈和烟道组成,挡火圈设置在夹层灶体内,其与夹层灶体间形成有烟道。
实现本实用新型次要目的方案是:把燃烧灶具的夹层灶体和挡火圈沿炉体外壁向下延长至炉体下端,形成下排烟道和水套结构,并在其下部设置下排烟管。
本实用新型设计合理,由于其在炉芯上设有加料口及出灰口,因而在使用过程中可连续添加燃料,方便了使用者。由于其还可把烟道设计为下排烟结构,并在烟道外设置有水套,这样,烟气中的余热在下排烟过程中能被水套中的水充分吸收,从而降低了热能损耗,节约了能源。
本实用新型有如下附图:附图1为本实用新型结构示意图附图2为本实用新型带加料装置的结构示意图附图3为本实用新型下排烟结构示意图结合附图,给出本实用新型的实施例如下:实施例1:如图1-2所示:其主要由炉芯、炉体及燃烧灶具组成,炉芯1内设有炉篦2,其一侧设有加料口3及出灰口4,加料口3及出灰口4上设有密封盖9,在出灰口4上的密封盖上设有蝶形阀10,通过该蝶形阀10可调控炉芯1内的火势。炉芯的上部出口为圆锥结构,在其圆锥出口部位处设有助燃孔5,该炉芯1设置在炉体6,其与炉体6间设有预热空气通道7,该预热空气通道7的一端与炉芯1上的助燃孔5连通,另一端与炉体6上的预热空气入口端连通;炉体6外设有保温层8,该保温层8的作用是保证炉芯内的气化温度,使其能够充分燃烧。燃烧灶具由夹层灶体11、挡火圈12及烟道13组成,挡火圈12设置在夹层灶体11间,其与该夹层灶体间形成有烟道13,为充分利用余热,可在夹层灶体11内注入水,使其吸收烟气中的余热。为方便使用,同时减轻劳动强度,可在加料口3处设置由加料管16、料斗17、推料器18及摇柄19组成的加料机构,加料管16固定在加料口3上,其上设有料斗17,内设有旋转式推料器18,摇柄19固定在推料器18的后端。本实施例在使用时,把废弃生物质由炉芯1上的加料口处加入炉芯内点燃,并打开出灰口4上的蝶形阀10,使其发生气化反应,通过与预热后的助燃空气混合后在燃烧灶具内燃烧,燃烧所产生的烟气则从挡火圈与夹层灶体间的缝隙经烟道13由排烟管14排出。
实施例2:本实施例是在实施例1的结构基础上,把燃烧灶具内的夹层灶体11,挡火圈12沿炉体外壁向下延长至炉体下端,形成下排烟管道及水套结构,该水套与夹层灶体为一体,其作用是充分吸收烟气中的余热,起到节能的目的。本实施例的使用方法同实施例1。
Claims (4)
1.一种新型生物质环保高效气化炉,包括炉芯(1)、炉体(6)及燃烧灶具,所述炉芯(1)设置在炉体(6)内,其上设有助燃孔(5);炉芯(1)与炉体(6)间设有预热空气通道(7),所述的燃烧灶具设置在炉体(6)上,其由夹层灶体(11)、挡火圈(12)及烟道(13)组成,挡火圈(12)设置在夹层灶体(11)内,其与夹层灶体间形成有烟道,其特征在于:在所述的炉芯(1)上设有加料口(3)及出灰口(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气化炉,其特征在于:所述的烟道(13)为下排烟道,在下排烟道外设置有水套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气化炉,其特征在于:所述的炉芯(1)上设有保温层(8)
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的气化炉,其特征在于:在所述的炉芯加料口处设置有加料机构。
