加强型重叠密封活塞环
本实用新型提供了一种采用斜口加强筋方式重叠密封内燃机气缸中活塞的加强型重叠密封活塞环。
内燃机中的活塞环是其关键零部件之一，其密封性能的好坏直接影响内燃机的工作运行。为了提高活塞环的密封性能，在活塞环的接口处采用重叠式密封不失为一种较好的技术方案，但是，采用这一方案，无论是活塞环的接口处设置成直角形状还是圆弧形状，重叠的部位均容易折断，严重影响内燃机的运行。
本实用新型的目的在于：在现有重叠式密封活塞环的基础上进行改进，设计出一种在环口重叠处具有斜口加强筋的加强型重叠密封活塞环。
本实用新型是这样实现的：在活塞环的重叠接口处设置有斜口加强筋，这一加强筋与环体成一体，这样就增加了强度，使重叠部位不容易被折断。为了保证接口处的伸缩，也可将端头设置成斜口端头。
本实用新型的优点在于：增加了重叠密封处的强度，提高了密封性能。

附图中，图1为该加强型重叠密封活塞环的三视图，图2为接口处的示意图。在附图中，[1]为环体，[2]为重叠片，[3]为重叠缺口，[4]为斜口加强筋，[5]为重叠密封面，[6]为重叠片斜口端头。
在环体[1]的接口处分别设置重叠片[2]和重叠缺口[3]。在环体[1]的重叠缺口[3]处设置有斜口加强筋[4]，这一斜口加强筋[4]与环体[1]成一体。为了保证接口处重叠片[ 2]的伸缩，在环体[1]的重叠片[ 2]的端部设置有斜口端头[6]。由于斜口加强筋[4]的作用，使重叠片[2]的强度得到了增加，提高了密封性能。

1、一种用于密封内燃机气缸中活塞的加强型重叠密封活塞环，包含有环体[1]、重叠片[2]、重叠缺口[3]、重叠密封面[5]各部分，其特征在于：在环体[1]的重叠缺口[3]处设置有斜口加强筋[4]。
2、如权利要求1所述的加强型重叠密封活塞环，其特征在于：在环体[1]的重叠片[2]的端部设置有斜口端头[6]。
