本实用新型涉及一种滑板车扶手架伸缩定位结构,该扶手架由一车首管顶端穿入一车把管构成,以便在车首管顶端设置一定位构件供车把管可上、下伸缩定位,其特征是:该定位构件是由一管座套置在车首管顶端,该管座一侧壁与车首管相对处各形成一相对连通的穿孔,另在管座外侧壁位在穿孔两侧各形成一凸片且互相平行,在管座的穿孔内部置入一定位块进入车首管的穿孔内部,另使两凸片间利用一栓体枢设一偏心压钮,该偏心压钮可压迫定位块迫紧车把管定位。上述构件可达到构件组成简单和大幅降低成本的目的。

本实用新型涉及一种滑板车扶手架伸缩定位结构,特指一种在滑板车的车首管与车把管设置一定位构件达到构件组成简单和大幅降低成本的目的的滑板车扶手架伸缩定位结构。
如图1所示,已有滑板车10的车首管11顶端设置一快拆组件12,以便车把管13穿入快拆组件12及车首管11内部後,利用快拆组件12来促使车把管13可上、下伸缩定位,该快拆组件12是在一迫紧环座14的一端穿枢一快拆件组成,其中该快拆件又是由一螺栓151、一定位螺帽152和一迫压手把154组成,其中螺栓151横穿迫紧环座14后一端螺接一定位螺帽152,另一端在套设一垫片153后,再枢接一迫压手把154。这样构成的快拆组件12的缺点是:零组件组成较多,再加上快拆组件12的制造、购置成本较高,进而促使滑板车10的成本无法降低,影响滑板车10市场的竞争力。
本实用新型的目的在在提供一种构件组成简单以及大幅降低成本的滑板车扶手架伸缩定位结构。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术手段实现的:一种滑板车扶手架伸缩定位结构,该扶手架由一车首管顶端穿入一车把管构成,车首管顶端设置一定位构件供车把管可上、下伸缩定位,其特征在于:该定位构件由一管座、一定位块、一栓体和偏心压钮构成,套置在车首管顶端的管座的一侧壁与车首管相对处均形成一相对连通的穿孔,管座外侧壁位于穿孔两侧各形成一凸片,且两凸片互相平行,定位块置入管座的穿孔内并进入车首管的穿孔内,两凸片之间利用栓体枢设偏心压钮。
本实用新型的优点在于:结构简单,成本低,可提高产品的市场竞争力。

如图2、图3和图4所示,本实用新型涉及一种滑板车扶手架伸缩定位结构,该扶手架1由一车首管11顶端穿入一车把管13构成,以便在车首管11顶端设置一定住构件20供车把管13可上、下伸缩定位,其中:定位构件20是由一管座21、一定位块22、一栓体23和偏心压钮24构成,其中,管座21套置在车首管11顶端,管座21一侧壁形成穿孔211,车首管11上与之相对处形成一相对连通的穿孔111,另在管座21外侧壁位于穿孔211两侧各形成一凸耳212和213,且凸耳212和213互相平行,在管座21的穿孔211内置入定位块22并进入车首管11的穿孔111内部,另使两凸片212和213之间利用栓体23枢设偏心压钮24,偏心压钮24可压迫定位块22迫紧车把管13定位。上述构件的组成可达到构件组成简单以及大幅降低成本的目的。
如图5和图6所示,欲调整车把管13的高度时,可先将定位构件20的偏心压钮24向上扳起,进而放松定位块22,这样车把管13不会受到定位块22的压迫而可上、下伸缩调整高度,当车把管13的高度调整适当后,可将偏心压钮24向下压入,以便偏心压钮24重新压迫定位块22向内迫紧车把管13,这样即可定位车把管13在所需的高度。由于本实用新型定位构件20的零件数较少,制造及购置成本可比已有快拆组件低,所以可使滑板车的成本降低,进面达到提升滑板车的市场竞争力。
