一种瓷砖背纹模具,在模具的上面为压机,模具的下面为一层带楔形头的模具胶,在压机压力的作用下,模具粉料随模具胶变形而压成燕尾形状,当压机卸压时,模具胶恢复到初始状态,从而实现脱模。该瓷砖背纹模具具有结构新颖,操作简易的特点,是瓷砖行业的新突破。

Description

一种瓷砖背纹模具
一种实用新型涉及建筑行业的瓷砖生产，特别是一种瓷砖背纹模具。
目前，瓷砖行业发展迅猛，但由于模具技术的限制，墙砖因粘贴不牢时有掉下伤人的事件，由于粘贴不牢也影响了墙面的整体美观。要解决这一难题，必须改良砖的背纹形式，将传统的背纹凹槽上大下小改为上小下大的燕尾槽形式。但这将给脱模带来困难。
本实用新型的目的是研制一种既能解决脱模的困难，又能制造一种新型瓷砖的瓷砖背纹模具。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种瓷砖背纹模具，在背纹模具的下面设有一层带楔形头的模具胶，该模具胶的下底面设有三角形的槽，模具胶的四周为瓷砖生坯。
本实用新型的优点：1．所制的瓷砖具有燕尾形槽，防止了瓷砖贴墙面时脱落；2．因为在背纹模具的工作面上设了一层带楔形头的模具胶，使得在制砖过程中能够制出有燕尾形槽的砖，同时也使制砖过程中脱模变得容易操作。所以该瓷砖背纹模具具有结构新颖，操作简易的特点。

下面结合附图对本实新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示，在背纹模具1的上面为压机4，背纹模具1的下面设有一层带楔形头的模具胶2，模具胶2的下底面为三角形的槽，模具胶2的四周为瓷砖生坯粉料3。其工作原理是：当压机4的压力P通过背纹模具压到模腔的粉料上时，由于粉料3是通过布料机构均匀布置的，所以该压力P就使模具胶2的底面三角形槽受压、变形，即三角形的B角和C角在模具胶2上的横向分力作用下向外扩张，使模具胶变形为瓷砖燕尾形状，即形成双点划线样式，如图2所示，这样就将膜腔内的粉料压制成燕尾形状，当压机4卸压时，模具胶2在弹性作用下恢复到模具的初始状态，从而实现脱膜。
由于生产出来的瓷砖背纹具有燕尾形状(已申请其外观设计专利)，使其在墙面贴用时不易脱落，因此，是瓷砖业的更新产品。

1．一种瓷砖背纹模具，其特征在于：在背纹模具(1)的上面为压机(4)，背纹模具(1)的下面设有一层带楔形头的模具胶(2)，该模具胶(2)的下底面设有三角形槽，在模具胶(2)的四周是瓷砖生坯(3)。
