Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种纺织工业卷纱用纸管。主要是在现有卷纱筒管的有效卷绕长度的表面上布满有若干条斜向交叉的起毛条痕。提高了纸管表面的磨擦系数,防止了纱线卷绕时纱圈的滑脱,提高了筒纱的合格率和质量。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种纺织工业纺纱卷线用的纸管。
在纺织工业的纺纱生产中，当纱线在卷绕为成品筒纱时，纸管作为卷绕轴，起着支撑纱线并使纱线在其上卷绕的作用。目前现有技术纸管为空心圆台体或平行纸管在有效卷绕长度的表面上胶粘有一层绒粉附着物提高表面光洁度，在纱线卷绕时，因速度变化易产生滑溜脱圈卷绕不上的次品。
本实用新型的目的是克服已有技术的缺点，增加纸管有效卷绕长度表面的磨擦系数，提高筒纱的合格率和质量。
本实用新型是以如下方案实现的：在现有卷纱纸管的有效卷绕长度的表面上布满若干斜向交叉的起毛条痕，起毛条痕可以用机械方法加工，也可以用其它方法制作。经改进的卷纱纸管和已有技术相比提高了纸管表面的磨擦系数，因而提高了成品筒纱的合格率和卷绕质量。

图1是圆台型纸管的结构示意图；
参照图1，在圆台型纸管的筒体(1)上的有效卷绕长度的表面上布满若干斜向交叉的起毛条痕(2)，起毛条痕用机械打毛设备加工制作。

1、一种纺纱用纸管，其特征是在纸管的有效卷绕长度的表面上布满有若干斜向交叉的起毛条痕。
