Abstract

一种适用于摩托车发动机的凸轮式单向超越离合器,其特征是:凸轮本体1的内环呈圆柱形,内经轴套2套装在原车曲轴9上,凸轮本体的外环上套装有起动链轮3和保持架5;保持架外设置有外罩6和阻尼弹簧4,在保持架5内装有滚柱7,该滚柱位于凸轮本体1外环的弧形槽处。本实用新型的起动链轮3不会因曲轴9反转而带动链条反转,从而保护链条不会因受到瞬间冲击力而断裂,它结构简单,使用寿命长,运转可靠,不易失效。

Description

凸轮式单向超越离合器
本实用新型涉及一种适用于摩托车发动机上的超越离合器,尤其是凸轮式单向超越离合器。
目前,摩托车发动机电起动机构单向超越离合器不能起到保护起动链条的作用,它是靠装在缸头凸轮上的减压阀来保护链条。由于在发动机停机时,曲轴会带动起动链轮反转,常常带动链条突然反转,因而链条会因受到瞬间冲击力而断裂或损伤。并且现有的超越离合器易出现本体破裂、弹簧失效等问题。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种凸轮式单向超越离合器,通过取消缸头凸轮上的减压阀,在发动机停机时,起动链轮不会因曲轴而带动链条反转,从而保护链条不会因受到瞬间冲击力而断裂,延长链条的使用寿命。
本实用新型的具体方案是:包括滚柱、外罩、起动链轮、轴套、凸轮本体,其特征在于:凸轮本体的内环呈圆柱形,内经轴套套装在曲轴上,凸轮本体的外环上套装有起动链轮和保持架;保持架外设置有外罩和阻尼弹簧,在保持架内装有滚柱,该滚柱位于凸轮本体外环的弧形槽处。
采用上述方案链轮不会因曲轴反转而反转,不仅能起到保护起动链条的作用,而且结构简单、运转可靠,不易失效。
下面结合实施例对本实用新型进一步说明:

请看图1、图2、图3,本实用新型由凸轮本体1、轴套2、起动链轮3、阻尼弹簧4、保持架5、外罩6、滚柱7组成。本实用新型的连接关系及结构特征是:凸轮本体1的内环呈圆柱形,内经轴套2套装在原车曲轴9上,凸轮本体1的外环上套装有起动链轮3和保持架5;保持架5外设置有外罩6和阻尼弹簧4,在保持架5内装有滚柱7,该滚柱位于凸轮本体1外环的弧形槽处。
从图2可进一步看到:与滚柱7相接的凸轮本体1弧面段是均布的弧形槽。
本实用新型是这样进行工作的:当起动电机起动时,电机通过链条带动链轮3、单向超越离合器的凸轮本体1旋转,五个滚柱7沿凸轮本体1斜面移动与磁缸内止口8接触,带动磁缸、曲轴9旋转,从而起动发动机;当发动机处于正常工作时,由于保持架5和阻尼弹簧4的作用,五个滚柱7会与磁缸完全脱开;当发动机停机时,如发生曲轴9反转,由于离合器与磁缸完全脱开,不会带动凸轮本体1及起动链轮3反转,从而起到保护链条的作用。

1.一种凸轮式单向超越离合器,包括滚柱(7)、外罩(6)、起动链轮(3)、轴套(2)、凸轮本体(1),其特征在于:凸轮本体(1)的内环呈圆柱形,内经轴套(2)套装在曲轴(9)上,凸轮本体(1)的外环上套装有起动链轮(3)和保持架(5);保持架(5)外设置有外罩(6)和阻尼弹簧(4),在保持架(5)内装有滚柱(7),该滚柱位于凸轮本体(1)外环的弧形槽处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的凸轮式单向超越离合器,其特征在于:与滚柱(7)相接的凸轮本体(1)弧面段是均布的弧形槽。
