Description

可调式温度电流保护器
本实用新型涉及一种对电器类产品过热过流时的保护装置。
温度电流保护器广泛用于各类电气设备中，能使这些电气设备使用安全、使用寿命长。目前的此类温度电流保护器的缺点是动作温度(达此温度使保护器电路断开)无法调整，应用范围小，且使用一段时间后精度降低，不利于电气设备的安全使用。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种动作温度可调、精度高、应用范围广且能对所用于的各类电气提供更安全保护的可调式温度电流保护器。
本实用新型的目的是如下实现的：具有壳体，壳体内密封设置有固定座，固定座上封装有静触片和双金属片，静触片和双金属片均连接有导线，静触片与双金属片的端部分别固定有相对的静触点与动触点，在双金属片上具有碟状应力部件，在固定座上还设置有抵靠双金属片的固定片并压紧延伸至碟状应力部件的底部。
本实用新型的工作原理，是当外界温度升高时，温度通过壳体传递到内部双金属片上，当温度值达到双金属片动作温度时，或者当电路电流超过额定电流时，串联在电路中的双金属片自身产生热使双金属片达到设定温度，此时双金属片的碟状应力部件快速变形动作，使动触点与静触点快速分离，切断电路，从而达到保护目的。另外，由于固定片压紧于双金属片碟状应力部件，当静触片向动触点方向弯曲时，双金属片不能同时弯曲，形成了动触点与静触片之间压力增强，给双金属片增加了一定的预应力，从而使双金属片的动作温度降低，通过控制静触片的弯曲量，能使双金属片的动作温度达到所需要的温度值，达到使保护器的动作温度可调，进而可保持本实用新型的使用精度、使用寿命，保证电气设备的安全使用。

由绝缘、导热材料制成的壳体1内密封设置有绝缘的固定座2，固定座2上封装有静触片3和双金属片4，静触片3和双金属片4均连接有导线5，静触片3与双金属片4的端部分别固定有相对的静触点6与动触点7，在双金属片4上具有碟状应力部件8，在固定座2上还设置有抵靠双金属片4的固定片9并压紧延伸至碟状应力部件8的底部。

1、可调式温度电流保护器，具有壳体，壳体内密封设置有固定座，固定座上封装有静触片和双金属片，静触片和双金属片均连接有导线，静触片与双金属片的端部分别固定有相对的静触点与动触点，其特征在于：在双金属片上具有碟状应力部件，在固定座上还设置有抵靠双金属片的固定片并压紧延伸至碟状应力部件的底部。
