Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种轻体、保温墙体预制板,该板由钢筋网和墙体保温材料组成。通过模具使钢筋网的两面均匀分布墙体保温材料的浆料,待凝固后就可得到不同规格的预制板。把板外露的钢筋头焊接到框架的钢筋上,再把板与板之间对接,填缝后在面上抹砂灰,然后刮白或刷涂料、粘磁砖就形成了墙。该预制板应用后施工方便,省时省力,体轻,保温,隔热防震,无毒副作用,还节省土地资源和能源,可作为各种框架结构的单层,多层建筑物的内外墙体。

Description

轻体、保温墙体预制板
本实用新型涉及的是一种墙体预制板,尤其是涉及框架结构的内外墙用墙体预制板。
本实用新型提出前,对于框架结构的楼房或者单层房的墙体,都是用实心砖或者空心砖堆砌而成。应用这些砖堆砌,砖的产生需要大量的土地资源,在烧制的过程中还得需要大量热源,造成土地资源的消耗和能源损失。另外应用砖块堆砌的墙体堆砌时得一块一块的砌成,成墙速度慢,且需要大量的人力,影响工程进度。成墙抹灰后,单位面积很重,造成楼的框架及基础的承重量很大,为了使其能够承担相应的重量,就得加固基础的设计和加大框架的断面积及框内的钢筋数量,从而浪费大量的钢材和建筑材料。还有砖砌墙体保温、隔热性能较低,不利于防震、隔音。
为了解决现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种轻体、保温的墙体预制板,安装框架内省工省料,安装使用后隔音、隔热、防震,还节约了大量的土地资源和能源。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的具体技术方案是:用细钢丝把数根相应直径的钢筋绑成规则的钢筋网,把该网放到具有一定形状的模具内的相应位置,然后把墙体保温材料加水搅拌成浆状放入模具内充满捣实,使钢筋网两侧充满所述材料,材料凝固养生后起模就形成了一定规格的墙体预制板件。板件外露的钢筋焊到框架柱、梁的钢筋架上相应位置和另一块板件的钢筋上,填缝后组成墙体。再在墙体面上抹上一层水泥砂灰后刮白或刷涂料形成日常生活应用的墙。
本实用新型只是在钢筋网的两侧均匀的布置一定厚度的特制墙体保温材料,应用固定模具就可制成墙体预制板,板与板之间对接焊合再焊到框架的钢筋架上,填缝后抹灰就可形成现在楼房的墙。所以,应用该预制板组成的墙施工方便、快捷、省时、节省劳力。再加墙体保温材料的应用,既节省了土地资源和能源,又使墙体变轻,保温、隔音、防震,还能减轻楼房的整体重量,降低建筑成本。该预制板可作为框架结构办公楼住宅楼、厂房、仓库等各种建筑物的内外墙体应用,特别适合于高层楼房应用。
下面结构附图和实施例对本实用新型作以详细说明。

在图中,该轻体、保温墙体预制板由钢筋网1和墙体保温材料2组成。钢筋网1由数根相应直径的钢筋用细钢丝有规则的绑成。该网的两侧靠具有一定形状的模具均匀的布置一定厚度的墙体保温材料2,从而形成本实用新型所公开的轻体、保温墙体预制板。其具体形成过程是把钢筋网1放在模具的相应位置,然后把墙体保温材料加水搅拌成浆状放入模具内充满捣实使网的两侧均布所述材料,材料凝固后进行养生,一定时间后拆膜就形成了所需规格的墙体预制板件。制成的预制板钢筋网1的钢筋除底面外在三个小面4上露出一部分钢筋头3,此头的留露是为了在预制板装入框架内时与框架的钢筋焊接或者板与板的钢筋对接,使板与框架、板与板之间成为一体。预制板根据建楼的需要可制成不同规格,厚度可在10cm到16cm就能满足需要。上面所述的墙体保温材料由硅灰粉、珍珠岩、白灰、水泥、速溶胶、发泡剂合理配比后混合而成,加水凝固后形成的板材既体轻、隔热,又具有很好的强度。经权威部门检测主要指标密度为550公斤/立方米,抗压强度为0.87兆帕,导热系数0.116,好于国家相应的标准。

1.一种轻体、保温墙体预制板,由钢筋网和墙体保温材料组成;其特征在于:钢筋网(1)的两侧靠模具均匀分布有墙体保温材料(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的轻体、保温墙体预制板,其特征在于:墙体预制板制成后的六面体除底面外其余三个小面(4)上露出一部分钢筋头(3)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的轻体、保温墙体预制板,其特征在于:所述的墙体保温材料由珍珠岩、白灰、硅灰粉、水泥、速溶胶、发泡剂混合而成。
