Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种挤出机,其双锥型全啮合螺杆系统[3]与滚式机头[4]连成整体,使胶料的输送、挤出、压延一次完成,双锥型全啮合螺杆系统[3]的螺杆带夹角安装,螺杆的螺旋结构为单头、不等距、不等深、收剑式,两根螺杆的螺旋方向相反并且整体啮合,机筒[2]的底部是呈下坡式结构,能使胶料顺畅,可提高胶料的加工效率及质量。
Description
本实用新型的发明涉及一种挤出机,尤其是通过双螺杆连续啮合,输送、挤出胶料直接进行胶料压延的挤出机。
目前橡胶加工行业所使用的挤出机,其推进螺杆采用单柱或双柱型推进,使胶料输送挤出后再至专用压延机进行压延。这种挤出机挤出胶料的能力弱,胶料的流动不顺畅,生产效率低,质量不稳定。
本实用新型的发明,是提供一种新型挤出机,它能够使螺杆输送,挤出胶料的能力大大增强,并使胶料流动顺畅,直接进行压延,从而提高胶料的加工效率及质量。
为实现上述任务,本实用新型的发明采用的解决方案是:采用双锥型双螺杆,两螺杆带夹角安装,其螺杆螺旋结构是单头、不等距、不等深、收剑式,整体啮合;机筒的底部呈下坡式结构使胶料流动顺畅,在机筒胶料出口处设置滚式机头,实现胶料的挤出和压延一次完成,从而达到提高胶料输送、挤出、压延效率和质量的目的。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型的发明作进一步详细说明。

本实用新型的挤出机如图1、2、3所示,由机座[1]机筒[2];双锥型全啮合螺杆系统[3];滚式机头[4];进料斗[5];螺杆驱动系统[6];压延辊筒驱动系统[7];及冷却水管路系统[8]组成。它是安装在密炼机平台之下,将密炼机卸料门排出的混炼胶或终炼胶经进料斗[5];落入机筒[2]内,经双锥型全啮合螺杆[3]连续啮合,输送挤出,胶料进入滚式机头[4]存胶区,再经压延辊筒[9]和[10](图3)压延成宽度为600-650mm左右的连续胶片,供下道工序胶片冷却装置使用。如图2所示,本实用新型挤出机的双锥型螺杆系统,由两根单头,不等距、不等深、收剑式螺杆组成,螺杆的直径前端φ300mm,后端φ743mm,螺旋工作部分长度1206mm,一根双锥型螺杆往右旋,另一根双锥型螺杆则往左旋,每根螺杆内腔加工有冷却水道,通过冷却水管路系统[8]的冷却水来冷却,工作时螺杆的转速为2.8-28R/MIN。如图1示,双锥型螺杆系统[3]由螺杆驱动系统[6]拖动运转。如图2所示,组成双锥型螺杆系统[3]的螺杆[11]和[12],其螺杆体[14]为锥型,螺杆螺旋棱[13]为不等距、不等深、为收剑形式,两根螺杆的螺旋方向相反并整体啮合。双锥型螺杆系统[3]以15度±0.01度的夹角安装在机筒[2]内,工作时将从进料斗[5]中落到机筒[2]中的胶料输送挤出至滚式机头[4]的存料区,再由滚式机头[4]的压延辊筒[9]和[10]压延成胶片机筒[2]以14度土0.01度的倾斜角安装在机座[1]上,其上端口与进料斗[5]相联接,前端与滚式机头[4]相联接,后端与螺杆驱动系统[6]相联,机筒[2]的底部呈下坡式结构,使胶料的流动顺畅,从而保持内腔无残留胶料,避免堵胶现象发生,机筒[2]内壁电镀耐磨硬铬,其简体内铸造有冷却水夹套,通过冷却水管路系统[8]的冷却水冷却机筒[2]。如图3所示,滚式机头[4]由上压延辊筒[9]下压延辊筒[10];辊简机架[15];调距装置[16];驱动系统[7]等部分组成,两个压延辊筒[9]和[10]的内腔镗有通水喷淋冷却孔,通过冷却水系统[8]的冷却水来冷却本实用新型的滚式机头[4]的压延辊筒[9]和[10],其直径为φ400mm,工作长度为1000mm,转速为2.5-25R/MIN,线速度为3.14-314M/MIN,辊距为3≤δ≤10mm。
本实用新型的发明,能够有效地提高胶料的输送、挤出、压延效率和质量,适用于胶料加工行业。
Claims (3)
1、一种用于胶料输送、挤出、压延的挤出机,包括机座[1];机筒[2];双锥型全啮合螺杆系统[3];滚式机头[4];进料斗[5];螺杆驱动系统[6];压延辊筒驱动系统[7]及冷却水管路系统[8],其特征在于:双锥型全啮合螺杆系统[3]和滚式机头[4]连成一个整体,双锥型全啮合螺杆系统[3]的出胶口的胶料直接进入滚式机头[4]的压延辊筒[9]和[10]的入口进行压延。
2、根据权利要求1所述的挤出机,其特征在于:双锥型全啮合螺杆系统[3]的螺杆带夹角安装,螺杆的螺旋结构是单头、不等距、不等深、收剑式;两根螺杆的螺旋方向相反,并且整体啮合。
3、根据权利要求1所述的挤出机,其特征在于:机筒[2]的底部呈下坡式结构。
