目前,常见的内胎都是橡胶分子纵向排列的单层结构。这种内胎抗暴裂性能差,车辆在高速行驶时出现意外情况容易爆胎产生恶性危险事故,给生命财产带来损失。
本实用新型之目的在于提供一种改进的内胎,其克服了现有技术上述之不足,抗爆性能好,坚固耐用。
为达到上述之目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:本实用新型包括有圆环状纵胶层,其特征在于:在纵胶层外表面或内壁固定粘接有横胶层。
本实用新型采取上述之结构,具有以下的有益效果:
本实用新型由于在原有纵胶层的基础上,在其外表面或内壁增加了一层横胶层,使内胎的橡胶分子呈纵横排列,从而提高了内胎的抗爆性能,使内胎坚固耐用。

由图1可以看出:本实用新型由内部的纵胶层1和其外表面的横胶层2组成,纵胶层1的橡胶分子呈纵向排列,而横胶层1的橡胶分子呈横向排列,二者相垂直。
由图2可以看出:本实用新型由外部的纵胶层1和其内壁上粘接的横胶层2组成,纵胶层1的橡胶分子呈纵向排列,横胶层2的橡胶分子呈横向排列。
本实用新型采用两次成型的方法加工而成,具有较强的实用性。
