一种6/6kV机场助航灯光电缆,导体(1)采用退火软铜导体,导体标称横截面积为6mm2,导体(1)外面是半导电内屏蔽(2)。半导电内屏蔽(2)外面是交联聚乙烯绝缘(3)。交联聚乙烯绝缘(3)外面是半导电外屏蔽(4)。半导电内屏蔽层(2)、交联聚乙烯绝缘(3)、半导电外屏蔽(4)是采用三层共挤机头一次性挤出,连续硫化,外屏蔽(4)外面采用软铜带重叠绕包,作为金属屏蔽(5)。金属屏蔽(5)外面采用耐候聚乙烯护套(6)。本实用新型是专门用于6/6kV的机场助航照明的电缆,保证电缆能在机场跑道6/6kV的电压下稳定长时间运行,电缆外径小,重量轻。

6/6kV机场助航灯光电缆
本实用新型是一种6/6kV机场助航灯光电缆。属于电缆技术领域。
目前制造的机场助航灯光电缆电压等级均较低,不能用于6/6kV的电压下运行,且制造方法和本实用新型不同。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种机场助航灯光电缆,保证电缆能在机场跑道6/6kV的电压下稳定地长时间运行,为飞机起落提供照明。
本实用新型的技术方案是:导体(1)采用退火软铜导体,导体标称横截面积为6mm2,导体结构为7/1.04,即7根外径为1.04mm的铜线绞合而成。导体(1)外面是半导电内屏蔽(2)。半导电内屏蔽(2)外面是交联聚乙烯绝缘(3)。交联聚乙烯绝缘(3)外面是半导电外屏蔽(4)。半导电内屏蔽层(2)、交联聚乙烯绝缘(3)、半导电外屏蔽(4)是采用三层共挤机头一次性挤出,连续硫化,保证生产时没有杂质带入。采用干法化学交联方式交联,使绝缘由线性结构的聚乙烯变成网状结构的交联聚乙烯。半导电外屏蔽(4)外面采用软铜带重叠绕包,作为金属屏蔽(5)。金属屏蔽(5)外面采用耐侯聚乙烯护套(6)。
本实用新型是专门用于6/6kV的机场助航照明的电缆,采用三层共挤、干法交联、连续硫化生产方式一次性生产出绝缘线芯,保证生产时没有杂质带入,保证电缆能在机场跑道6/6kV的电压下稳定长时间运行,电缆外径小,重量轻。

1、一种6/6kV机场助航灯光电缆,其特征是:在6mm2的导体(1)外依次设置半导电内屏蔽(2)、交联聚乙烯绝缘(3)、半导电外屏蔽(4)、金属屏蔽(5)、耐侯聚乙烯护套(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的6/6kV机场助航灯光电缆,其特征是:半导电内屏蔽层(2)、交联聚乙烯绝缘(3)、半导电外屏蔽(4)是采用三层共挤机头一次性挤出,连续硫化。
