用脆硫铅锑矿制取锑白的装置
本实用新型属于冶金领域,特别是锑火法冶炼、除铅和砷,提取锑白的专用设备。
ZL97108157.3公开了一种工艺流程短,金属回收率高的用脆硫铅锑矿制取锑白的方法和设备。它的不足之处是调节产品的颗粒度范围受限,只能在0.2μ~0.5μ之间调节生产,不能满足锑白产品对颗粒度的不同要求。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不仅能够满足各种锑白产品对颗粒度的要求,而且仍保持工艺流程简单,金属回收率高等优势的制取锑白的装置。
本实用新型为达到上述目的,采用的技术方案是:改进ZL97108157.3的坩埚式氧化炉,在其基础上增设一个热交换体15;它的下部与供热室1的烟道相通,其中的余热烟气进入热交换体15内的管道18,并从其顶部排出;送风机16经通道与热交换体15,鼓风道7,进而与气箱4相通;送风机16将室温空气送入热交换体15内与流经管道18内的余热烟气进行热交换,从而使进入的室温空气能够增高温度达到500℃,该热空气进入气箱4作为吹氧空气;通过调节阀17控制吹氧空气的温度,满足锑白产品对颗粒度的要求,实现了在0.6μ~1.5μ的范围调控锑白产品的颗粒度。

附图描述了坩埚式氧化炉,它有一坩埚形炉体11,该炉体内安装有一开有导风管3的导风板8,其上部为气箱4,其下部盛有合金熔体;导风板8安装有引风管5穿过气箱4经引风阀与收尘室6相通;导风板8上的导风管3连通气箱4与熔体液表面上部;炉体11开有熔体引入口2与盛有低砷合金14的预热装置13相通,炉体11开有排渣口9,炉体11与供热室1相连接;其特征是:热交换体15的下部与供热室1的烟道相通,送风机16经通道与热交换体15,鼓风道7,进而与气箱4相通。

1.用脆硫铅锑矿制取锑白的装置属于冶金领域,特别是锑火法冶炼、除铅和砷,提取锑白的专用设备。它有一坩埚形炉体11,该炉体内安装有一开有导风管3的导风板8,其上部为气箱4,其下部盛有合金熔体;导风板8安装有引风管5穿过气箱4经引风阀与收尘室6相通;导风板8上的导风管3连通气箱4与熔体液表面上部;炉体11开有熔体引入口2与盛有低砷合金14的预热装置13相通,炉体11开有排渣口9,炉体11与供热室1相连接;其特征是:热交换体15的下部与供热室1的烟道相通,送风机16经通道与热交换体15,鼓风道7,进而与气箱4相通。
