一种离心冲击式破碎机,主要由主轴、轴承座、喷射腔、反击板、壳体、皮带轮和电动机组成,所述主轴支承在轴承座的上、下两个推力向心轴承上,喷射腔为在侧边开有喷射口的空腔,喷射腔的底部固定在主轴上端,反击板装在喷射腔外围的壳体内,具有结构简单、破碎效果好和使用寿命长等优点,适用于石灰石、煤块等非金属矿石和对水泥生、熟料的预粉碎,是水泥厂或石粉厂节能降耗增加产量的理想设备。

离心冲击式破碎机
本实用新型涉及一种用于对水泥生料、水泥熟料、石灰石或矿石等块状物料进行预粉碎的装置,特别是一种利用离心力将物料高速抛甩到反击衬板而被击碎的机器。
在水泥生产中为了提高球磨机的产量,近年来出现了预粉碎设备,可以在物料进入球磨机前先进行一次预粉碎加工,以破代磨,大大降低物料入磨粒度,使物料入磨后很快磨成粉,从而能大幅度提高球磨机产量和降低能耗。但上述预粉碎设备普遍采用打击或挤压方式,使物料与耐磨材料直接接触,从而使耐磨件磨损快、寿命短,其轴承多采用脂润滑,使轴承的使用寿命短,保养困难。
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述预粉碎设备的不足之处,设计一种结构简单、破碎效果好、使用寿命长、维护保养方便的离心冲击式破碎机。
本实用新型的离心冲击式破碎机包括主轴、轴承座、喷射腔、反击板、壳体、皮带轮和电动机,所述主轴支承在轴承座的上、下两个推力向心轴承上,轴承座装在壳体内,皮带轮装在主轴下端并用皮带与电动机连接,喷射腔为在侧边开有喷射口的空腔,喷射腔的底部固定在主轴上端,喷射腔上盖和对应位置的壳体上开有进料口,反击板装在喷射腔外围的壳体内,喷射腔与反击板之间的下方装有导料板,导料板下方的出料筒装在皮带两侧,出料筒下方开有出料口。为了提高机械强度和便于更换易损件,在喷射腔的喷射口边用螺栓固定有高强度耐磨板。为了和防止主轴发热和延长使用寿命,对轴承采用机油外循环润滑,其结构是在轴承座的上轴承与上油封之间的侧壁上开有进油孔,轴承座的下轴承与下轴封之间的侧壁上开有抽油孔,所述进油孔经油管与进油泵的出油口连通,抽油孔经油管与抽油泵的进油口连通,进油泵的进油口和抽油泵的出油口与外循环润滑机油箱连通。

参见附图,图中的1是电动机,2是皮带,3是轴承座,4是出料口,5是主轴,6是皮带轮,7是抽油孔,8是进油孔,9是基座,10是反击板,11是喷射口,12是喷射腔,13是进料口,14壳体,15是支架。主轴5支承在轴承座3上,轴承座3装在壳体内,皮带轮6装在主轴5的下端并用皮带2与电动机1连接,喷射腔12是为在侧边开有喷射口11的空腔,喷射腔12的底部固定在主轴5的上端,喷射腔12的上盖和对应位置的壳体上开有进料口13,反击板10装在喷射腔12外围的壳体14内,喷射腔12与反击板10之间的下方装有导料板,使碎料通过装在皮带两侧的出料筒从出料口4流出。安装时,可将电机1和主机中部的支架15分别安装固定在基座9上,在喷射腔的喷射口11的一边用螺栓固定有高强度耐磨板,可提高耐磨强度和便于更换该易损件。为了防止主轴发热和延长使用寿命,对轴承采用机油外循环润滑,其结构是在轴承座3的上轴承与上油封之间的侧壁上开有进油孔8,在轴承座3的下轴承与下轴封之间的侧壁上开有抽油孔7,所述进油孔8经油管与进油泵的出油口连通,抽油孔7经油管与抽油泵的进油口连通,进油泵的进油口和抽油泵的出油口与外循环润滑机油箱连通。极大的提高了轴承的使用安全系数,延长了使用寿命。工作时,电动机1带动主轴5高速旋转,从进料口13进入喷射腔内的物料因离心力的作用被迅速从喷射口11以很高的速度抛出与反击板10相撞,物料便被迅速分解成小颗粒和细粉,再沿着导料板流入出料筒再从底部的出料口4排出。
本实用新型具有结构简单,破碎效果好,安全系数高,使用寿命长和维护保养方便等优点,用于磨前预粉碎可大量提高磨机产量,适用于水泥生料、熟料的预粉碎,也适用于石灰石、煤块等非金属矿石的破碎,是水泥厂或石粉厂节能降耗增加产量的理想设备。

1.一种离心冲击式破碎机,其特征在于包括主轴、轴承座、喷射腔、反击板、壳体、皮带轮和电动机,所述主轴支承在轴承座的上、下两个推力向心轴承上,轴承座装在壳体内,皮带轮装在主轴下端并用皮带与电动机连接,喷射腔为在侧边开有喷射口的空腔,喷射腔的底部固定在主轴上端,喷射腔上盖和对应位置的壳体上开有进料口,反击板装在喷射腔外围的壳体内,喷射腔与反击板之间的下方装有导料板,导料板下方的出料筒装在皮带两侧,出料筒下方开有出料口。
2.如权利要求1所述的离心冲击式破碎机,其特征在于喷射腔的喷射口边用螺栓固定有高强度耐磨衬板。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的离心冲击式破碎机,其特征在于轴承座的上轴承与上油封之间的侧壁上开有进油孔,轴承座的下轴承与下轴封之间的侧壁上开有抽油孔,所述进油孔经油管与进油泵的出油口连通,抽油孔经油管与抽油泵的进油口连通,进油泵的进油口和抽油泵的出油口与外循环润滑机油箱连通。
