Abstract

本实用新型公开一种锥斗式微生物增氧发酵罐,是在罐体内的轴心安装有无轴螺旋输送器,其上连接有驱动轮,中间套装有导料筒及向下折的导料板,底部设有真空腔并与氧气机、臭氧机连接,采用上述结构,使物料在输送搅拌时可与氧气充分混合,利用氧气对发酵物料增氧,使微生物增殖时对溶解氧的需求得到满足,实现规模化生产,利用臭氧对罐体进行消毒,降低了生产成本,减少了蒸气能源的消耗。

锥斗式微生物增氧发酵罐
本实用新型公开一种锥斗式微生物增氧发酵罐,涉及微生物发酵装置技术领域。
目前微生物的发酵设备,一般是采用高压高温容器设计结构,利用高温高压进行灭菌消毒,设备成本高,耗能大,使用维修麻烦,特别是利用空气为物料提供氧气,满足不了微生物发酵时对氧气的需求,造成微生物的饥饿感,严重的影响微生物的发酵。
本实用新型的目的是公开一种锥斗式微生物增氧发酵罐,克服了常规微生物发酵设备发酵时供氧量不足,高温高压夹层结构复杂,不能规模化生产的不足。
本实用新型是这样实现的:发酵罐体为圆锥斗形,沿轴心布置有无轴螺旋输送器,螺旋输送器的上端连接有驱动装置,中间段套有导料筒,导料筒的前端是向下折的导料板,锥斗底部依次设有真空腔和带有出料口的轴承座,螺旋输送器的底部镶嵌在轴承座上,补气阀设在真空腔的侧面,并通过管路与氧气机、臭氧机连接;工作前向罐体内注入臭氧对罐体进行消毒,工作时驱动装置带动螺旋输送器将罐体底部的物料向上推动,此时真空腔圆柱处的物料被推出,腔内及螺旋输送器的后部形成真空,氧气注入到真空腔中与物料混合实现补氧功能,锥斗罐体内的物料下落而实现物料流,打开出料密封盖,螺旋输送器反转向下则实现出料。
本实用新型的积极效果在于:采用无轴螺旋输送器、导料筒、导料板及底部注入氧气结构,使物料在输送搅拌时可与氧气充分混合,利用氧气对发酵物料补氧,使微生物增殖时对溶解氧的需求得到满足,实现规模化生产,利用臭氧对罐体进行消毒,降低了生产成本,减少了蒸气能源的消耗。

本实用新型采用锥斗式容器作为发酵罐体7,通过罐体7外侧的吊耳9固定在机座8上,其上设有进料口12,罐体7的轴心线上装置无轴螺旋输送器13,输送器13的上端连接有转动轴15及驱动轮11,转动轴15上安装一推浆板10,输送器13的中部套装导料筒20,由支撑架19支撑在罐体7的内侧,导料筒20的上端为向下折的导料板18,输送器的下端轴接在轴承座1上,轴承座1的侧面开有出料口17,上面通过真空腔14与罐体7的底部固定连接,真空腔14的侧面设有补气管6和补气阀5,输气管2将氧气机4、臭氧机3相连接。罐体7也可以制成夹层结构与温水循环机构连接,通过注入温水处使微生物加快发酵,提高发酵效率。

1、一种锥斗式微生物增氧发酵罐,罐体(7)连接在机座(8)上,其上设有进料口(12),内部安装有搅拌装置,其特征在于:锥斗形容器作为罐体(7),罐体(7)的轴心线上装置无轴螺旋输送器(13),输送器(13)的上端连接有转动轴(15)及驱动轮(11),转动轴(15)上安装一推浆板(10),输送器(13)的中部套装导料筒(20),由支撑架(19)支撑在罐体(7)的内侧,导料筒(20)的上端为向下折的导料板(18),输送器(13)的下端轴接在轴承座(1)上,轴承座(1)的侧面开有出料口(17),上面通过真空腔(14)与罐体(7)的底部固定连接,真空腔(14)的侧面设有补气管(6)和补气阀(5),输气管(2)将氧气机(4)、臭氧机(3)相连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的锥斗式微生物增氧发酵罐,其特征在于:罐体(7)为无压夹层容器与温水循环机构连接。
