Abstract

本实用新型为立式微生物增氧发酵罐,发酵罐体内设有搅拌轴及固定在轴上的搅拌桨,碎泡发生器装置在罐体的底部,通过管路与氧气机、臭氧机连接,采用上述结构,使物料在输送搅拌时可与氧气充分混合,利用氧气对发酵物料增氧,使微生物增殖时对溶解氧的需求得到满足,实现规模化生产,利用臭氧对罐体进行消毒,降低了生产成本,减少了蒸气能源的消耗。

立式微生物增氧发酵罐
本实用新型涉及微生物发酵设备的改进,确切地说是公开了一种立式微生物增氧发酵罐,属于微生物发酵装置技术领域。
在生化工程中对于微生物发酵,首先将压缩空气经过滤器滤去细菌后从发酵罐底部注入,向发酵液中补充空气碎泡,使发酵罐得到补氧,发酵罐须按压力容器设计制造,并且设有夹层,以便通过高压管路由蒸汽锅炉供给高压高温蒸汽进行灭菌,使正常的生产在无菌状态下进行,但目前的发酵装置存在着以下不足:微生物在发酵时靠空气供氧,供氧量明显不足,微生物出现饥饿感,严重影响微生物的发酵,高温高压锅炉及夹层压力容器,在生产、使用、维修方面都给企业增加负担,费事费力不易管理,加大了产品的生产成本。
本实用新型公开一种立式微生物增氧发酵罐,目的在于解决现有的微生物发酵罐供氧不足及生产、使用、维修成本高的问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在立式发酵罐体中设有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上固定有搅拌桨,搅拌轴与罐体外的驱动轮轴接,随其转动,碎泡发生器设在罐体的底部,并通过管路、补气阀与氧气机、臭氧机连接,物料口设在罐体的顶部。首先向罐中通入臭氧对罐体进行灭菌消毒,当液体发酵时臭氧机停止工作,氧气机向罐体输送氧气,通过碎泡发生器产生密集气泡,气泡上升时靠驱动轮带动搅拌桨转动使气泡曲线上升提高溶解氧量。罐体也可设计成夹层结构,与温水循环系统连接,促使微生物发酵速度加快,提高发酵效率。
由于采用上述技术方案,可利用臭氧对罐体进行消毒,利用氧气对发酵物料补氧,使微生物增殖时对溶解氧的需求得到满足,实现规模化生产,降低了生产成本,减少了蒸气能源的消耗。

参照图1,立式发酵罐体3的上部设有进料口4及排气管5、排气阀6,搅拌轴10装置在罐体3中,其上分布有若干条搅拌桨9,搅拌轴10与罐体3外的驱动轮11为轴接,可带动搅拌轴10转动,碎泡发生装置2为网罩结构设在罐体3的底部,通过补气阀1、管道13与氧气机14、臭氧机12连接,吊耳7固定在罐体3的外罐壁上连接在支座8上。

1、一种立式微生物增氧发酵罐,罐体(3)连接在支座(8)上,上部为进料口(4)及排气管(5)、排气阀(6),其内设置有搅拌装置,其特征在于:罐体(3)的底部设有碎泡发生器(2),发生器(2)通过补气阀(1)、管道(13)与氧气机(14)、臭氧机(12)连接,排液管(15)安装在罐体(3)的底部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的立式微生物增氧发酵罐,其特征在于:搅拌装置由搅拌轴(10)及固定其上的搅拌桨(9)构成,搅拌轴(10)与罐体(3)外的驱动轮(11)轴接,随其转动。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的立式微生物增氧发酵罐,其特征在于:罐体(7)为无压夹层容器与温水循环机构连接。
