Abstract
本实用新型公开一种卧式微生物增氧发酵罐,将无压卧式发酵罐装置在支撑底座上,罐体的表面设有滚齿与电机的输出链啮合,随其转动,罐体内还设有搅拌叶片与罐体的轴线倾斜一定角度,氧气罐和臭氧机通过管路与罐体内相连接,采用无压容器做罐体,安全实用成本较低,利用臭氧对物料进行消毒快速,节省了蒸汽消毒的能源消耗,强制输送氧气保证了微生物增殖时对溶解氧的需要,实现规模化生产。
Description
本实用新型公开一种卧式微生物增氧发酵罐,涉及微生物培养装置技术领域。
常规的微生物发酵装置是通过无油空气压缩机将压缩空气经过过滤去菌后从发酵物料表面吹过,或从液体发酵罐底部通过碎泡装置向发酵液中补入空气碎泡,使发酵液得到补氧,发酵罐按压力容器设计制造,并具有夹层,以便通过高压管路由蒸汽锅炉共给高温高压蒸汽进行灭菌,使正常的生产在无菌状态下进行。上述发酵装置存在着以下不足:微生物以几何级数增殖时供氧量不能相应增加,造成微生物饥饿感;蒸汽锅炉使用维修麻烦,运行费用大,投资多;空气压缩机占地面积大、成本高,管理难度大;过滤器的滤芯要定时更换;
本实用新型提供一种卧式微生物增氧发酵罐,其目的是解决现有微生物发酵装置的上述不足之处。
为达到本实用新型的目的,采用解决方案如下:采用无压卧式容器做发酵罐体,装置在支撑架上,罐体表面设有滚齿与电机的输出端构成运动付,电机可带动罐体在支撑架上转动,罐体的上端为进料口,氧气及臭氧机构通过管道与罐体内连接,向罐体内输送氧气或臭氧,罐体内还设有若干推料叶片,并与轴线倾斜有夹角,当罐体沿叶片方向转动时,可将物料加入罐体中并进行循环搅拌,使物料在向下翻动过程中与不断喷入的氧气混合,同时物料在罐体的下端面受阻后沿轴向挤向上方形成物料流,完成发酵过程,罐体反向转动时物料在叶片的推动下则形成出料流。
本实用新型的积极效果在于:采用无压容器做罐体,安全实用成本较低,臭氧对罐体进行消毒快速,节省了蒸汽消毒的能源消耗,强制输送氧气保证了微生物增殖时对溶解氧的需要,实现规模化生产。

在图1中,发酵罐体7为无压卧式容器,靠支撑轴8及支撑架13装置在支撑底座1上,罐体7的表面设有滚齿6与电机11的传动链12啮合,随其转动,进料口3装置在罐体7的上端,罐体7内还设有搅拌叶片10并与罐体7的轴线倾斜一定角度,氧气罐15和臭氧机16通过管路与罐体7内相连接;当罐体转动时将物料从加料口3加入,物料靠搅拌叶片10向下推动,同时氧气从加料口3向叶片10内壁供氧,罐体7也可以制成夹层结构与温水循环机构连接,通过注入温水处使微生物加快发酵,提高发酵效率。

1、一种卧式微生物增氧发酵罐,发酵罐体(7)装置在支撑架(13)上,内设有搅拌机构,其特征在于:罐体(7)为无压卧式容器,罐体(7)表面设有滚齿与电机(11)的输出端构成运动付,罐体(7)的上端为进料口(3),氧气(15)及臭氧机(16)通过管道与罐体(7)内连接,搅拌叶片(10)装置在罐体(7)内并与其轴线倾斜有夹角。
2、根据权利要求1所述的卧式微生物增氧发酵罐,其特征在于:罐体(7)为无压夹层容器与温水循环机构连接。
