Abstract

本实用新型是一种人力车车胎,由外胎壁、气室、气门、气门芯组成。该外胎壁中空密封,所密封的中空部份为气室,代替内胎。气门一端与气室连通,另一端连接气门芯。本实用新型结构简单、弹性好,被锥刺漏气后修补方便。

人力车车胎
本实用新型属于人力车车胎制造技术,特别涉及一种无内胎可充气人力车车胎。
已有的人力车车胎,主要分为两大类。一类是无内胎实心车胎,其优点是不怕锥刺,不用充气。其缺点是弹性差,橡胶耗材大。另一类是有内胎式车胎,其优点是弹性好,缺点是怕锥刺,维修麻烦。目前汽车所使用的充气无内胎轮胎,为了隔绝高速行驶时外胎因摩擦产生的高温传递,其内部填充有很多特制泡沫材料,且结构复杂,成本高。
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种结构简单,兼顾已有人力车车胎优点的无内胎充气人力车车胎。
本实用新型的目的这样实现的:一种人力车车胎,由外胎壁、气门、气门芯、气室构成,所述外胎壁是密封的中空园形圈,其密封的内部容积为气室,代替已有车胎的内胎。气门固定在外胎壁上,一端与气空相通,另一端连接气门芯。外胎壁设计有两个与车轮钢圈嵌合连接的内凹止口。外胎壁与传统的人力车外胎所用材料相同,由橡胶及帘布层等材料制成。
本实用新型结构简单,弹性好,胎壁被锥刺漏气后,不需要将车胎从钢圈上拆卸下来,可直接用胶补好胎壁锥刺处即可。
下面结合实施例和附图进一步说明本实用新型。
图1是本实用型横剖视图。
外胎壁1内密封有气室2的外胎壁1,其外表面设计有两个内凹的止口3及止口4,以便车胎与钢圈嵌合连接。气门5一端与气室2连接,另一端连接气门芯6。

1、一种人力车车胎,由外胎壁、气门、气门芯、气室构成,其特征在于外胎壁为中空密封的园形圈,其密封的中空容积为气室,气门与外胎壁固定连接,气门一端与气室连通,另一端与气门芯连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种人力车车胎,其特征在于所述外胎壁外表面有两个内凹的止口。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种人力车车胎,其特征在于所述外胎壁由橡胶,帘布层等构成。
