弧面T型钢
本实用新型涉及一种钢材型材，特别是一种T型钢的断面形状。
T型钢的断面是T形，T型钢有横向的顶和竖向的腰。已有技术中，T型钢顶的外表面是平面的。这种T型钢由于顶的外表面是平面的，沿着型材的轴线在腰的方向抗弯强度不是很高。
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足，提出一种沿着轴线在腰的方向抗弯强度较高的弧面T型钢。
本实用新型是用如下方法实现的。
弧面T型钢是断面是T形的型材钢，弧面T型钢有横向的顶和竖向的腰，弧面T型钢与已有技术中的T型钢不同点在于弧面T型钢的顶的外表面是圆弧柱面，圆弧柱面所在圆柱的轴线与型材的长度方向相同，弧面T型钢顶的宽是24～50毫米，弧面T型钢的高是16～26毫米，弧面T型钢的腰厚是3～5毫米，弧面T型钢顶的圆弧柱面所在圆柱的半径是70～105毫米。上述腰的厚是指从弧面T型钢的横截面看，在腰上、腰与顶相连的连接弧与腰相切的两个切点间的距离。
本实用新型由于顶的外表面是圆弧柱面，所以沿型材的轴线在腰的方向抗弯强度较高，又由于本型材的顶是圆弧柱面，所以特别适用于制作塑料大棚的骨架，圆弧柱面的顶可与塑料薄膜相接触。

1.一种弧面T型钢，是截面是T形的型材钢，其特征在于：弧面T型钢的顶的外表面是圆弧柱面，圆弧柱面所在圆柱的轴线与型材的长度方向相同，弧面T型钢顶的宽是24～50毫米，弧面T型钢的高是16～26毫米，弧面T型钢的腰厚是3～5毫米，弧面T型钢顶的圆弧柱面所在圆柱的半径是70～105毫米。
2.按权利要求1所述的弧面T型钢，其特征是：所述的弧面T型钢顶的宽是32毫米，弧面T型钢的高是18毫米，弧面T型钢的腰厚是4毫米，弧面T型钢顶的圆弧柱面所在圆柱的半径是89毫米。
3.按权利要求1所述的弧面T型钢，其特征是：所述的弧面T型钢顶的宽是46毫米，弧面T型钢的高是24毫米，弧面T型钢的腰厚是5毫米，弧面T型钢顶的圆弧柱面所在圆柱的半径是105毫米。
4.按权利要求1所述的弧面T型钢，其特征是：所述的弧面T型钢顶的宽是26毫米，弧面T型钢的高是16毫米，弧面T型钢的腰厚是3毫米，弧面T型钢顶的圆弧柱面所在圆柱的半径是70毫米。
