一种塑料薄膜温室骨架型材,型材是横截面是工字形的型材,其上顶面和下顶面都是圆柱面形,圆柱面的轴线与型材的长度方向相平行,工字型钢的高是26～46毫米,宽是10～18毫米,腰部的厚度是2.8～3.6毫米,上、下顶面的圆柱面的半径是25～55毫米。本实用新型可用轧制方法轧制而成,制骨架时,用弯曲的方法,可直接制成塑料薄膜温室骨架,所以制造费用低,另外型材的顶面是圆柱面形,使用中,在接触塑料薄膜处的塑料薄膜的受力均匀。

本实用新型涉及一种塑料薄膜温室骨架的型材。特别是一种用钢材轧制的塑料薄膜温室骨架型材。
已有技术中，没有用钢材轧制的塑料薄膜温室骨架专用型材，用钢制的塑料薄膜温室骨架一般是采用圆钢或钢管焊接而成。这种骨架由于焊接点多所以制造费用较高。
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足，提出一种塑料薄膜温室骨架专用型材。
本实用新型是用如下方法实现的。
钢制塑料薄膜温室骨架型材是用钢材轧制而成，由于温室骨架在使用中主要受弯曲的力，所以本型材的截面是工字形，本工字形截面的型材与已有技术中的工字钢不同，工字钢的上、下顶面都是平面，本工字形截面型材因为在使用中有一个顶面接触塑料薄膜，由于在温室外、在相邻的两根骨架间的塑料薄膜面上用压膜线绷紧塑料薄膜后，塑料薄膜呈包住型材顶面的形状，为使与型材接触处的塑料薄膜受力均匀，所以本工字形截面塑料薄膜温室骨架型材的上、下顶面是园柱面形，园柱面的轴线与型材的长度方向相平行。
把上述截面是工字形的上、下顶面是园柱面形的型材按需要弯成弓形，即可制成塑料薄膜温室骨架。
本实用新型与圆钢和钢管一样是用轧制方法轧制而成，制骨架时，用弯曲的方法，可直接制成塑料薄膜温室骨架，不用焊接，或仅用很少的焊接，所以制造费用低，另外由于型材的顶面是园柱面形，在使用中，型材接触塑料薄膜处的塑料薄膜的受力均匀。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
图1是塑料薄膜温室骨架型材的主体剖视图。
图1中，塑料薄膜温室骨架型材3是用钢材轧制的横截面是工字形的型材，其上顶面1和下顶面2都是园柱面形，园柱面的轴线与型材的长度方向相平行。
工字型钢的高H是26～46毫米，可以是36毫米，宽W是10～18毫米，可以是14毫米，腰部的厚度B是2.8～3.6毫米，可以是3.2毫米，上、下顶面的园柱面的半径R是25～55毫米，可以是40毫米。
