本实用新型是一种需要调节两轴间相位且传递一定扭矩的一种联轴器装置。这种相位可调联轴器可快捷、准确的调节相位。其特征是:它主要是由联轴节、压盖、法兰套、滑动套、固定套、滑动键、压紧螺栓及接螺栓组成;联轴器的联轴节为一空心轴套可与一侧轴头套接,固定套可与另一侧轴头套接,联轴节与固定套之间连接有滑动套、滑动键、法兰套并由连接螺栓相连接;联轴节与法兰套的接触面是斜面,并通过压盖、压紧螺栓与法兰套固定连接。

Description

一种相位可调联轴器
本实用新型是一种需要调节两轴间相位且传递一定扭矩的一种联轴器装置。它可用于方坯及板坯连铸机四偏心结晶器振动装置中对各偏心轮之间的相位进行快捷、准确的调节。
目前,国内外应用较广的相位联轴器主要有两种,一种是有级垫片式,该联轴器主要由两半联轴器及调节垫片组成,应用于传递扭矩较大的场合。调节相位繁琐且使用时易发生垫片位移而导致准确性较差;另一种是无级摩擦式,该联轴器多应用于传递扭矩较小的场合,由于两半联轴器不能进行轴向滑动,致使安装及相位调节操作困难。
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种相位可调联轴器,它安装方便、快捷,调节相位准确简便。
本实用新型的设计方案是:设计一种相位可调联轴器,其特征是:它主要是由联轴节、压盖、法兰套、滑动套、固定套、滑动键、压紧螺栓及连接螺栓组成;联轴器的联轴节为一空心轴套可与一侧轴头套接,联轴节与固定套之间连接有滑动套、滑动键、法兰套并由连接螺栓相连接;联轴节与法兰套的接触面是斜面,并通过压盖、压紧螺栓与法兰套固定连接。
所述的相位可调联轴器的固定套上镶嵌有滑动键。
本实用新型的特点是:由于联轴节与法兰套的接触面是斜面,可无级调整两轴间的相位且用滑动键、滑动套及连接螺栓可实现轴向滑动,使其具有结构紧凑、相位调节精确、快捷等特点,可广泛地应用于方坯及板坯连铸机四偏心式结晶器振动装置等这种结构紧凑且对相位要求较严格的设备中。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的结构及相位调节原理。
图1是本实用新型剖面结构示意图。
如附图所示,本实用新型主要由联轴节1、压盖2、法兰套3、滑动套4、滑动键5、固定套6及压紧螺栓、连接螺栓等组成。安装好的联轴器的联轴节1是一空心轴套可与一侧轴头套接,固定套6可与另一侧轴头联接:联轴节1与固定套6之间通过滑动套4、法兰套3由连接螺栓相连;联轴节1与法兰套3通过斜面由压紧螺栓相连。该联轴器的扭矩就是由该斜面及压盖2与联轴节1之间的平面静摩擦力传递的。当需要调节相位时,松开压紧螺栓,将法兰套3及滑动套4组合件轴向推离,然后转动两轴头角度,调到所需相位后,再将法兰套3及滑动套4组合件轴向复位并拧紧压紧螺栓。

1.一种相位可调联轴器,其特征是:它主要是由联轴节、压盖、法兰套、滑动套、固定套、滑动键、压紧螺栓及接螺栓组成;联轴器的联轴节为一空心轴套可与一侧轴头套接,联轴节与固定套之间连接有滑动套、滑动键、法兰套并由连接螺栓相连接;联轴节与法兰套的接触面是斜面,并通过压盖、压紧螺栓与法兰套固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种相位可调联轴器,其特征是:相位可调联轴器的固定套上镶嵌有滑动键。
