Abstract
一种用于把已有的孔的尺寸扩大到一所选的扩大尺寸的工具。该工具具有一大小为确定扩大的孔的尺寸的钻;和一具有一圆柱体的引导器,圆柱体的尺寸为可使引导器在已有的孔中转动。所述引导器和钻包括配合结构用于可松卸地互联引导器和钻并使引导器和钻轴向对齐,从而,在引导器可松卸地固定到钻上的情况下,引导器可以定位在原来的孔中以在钻扩大原来的孔时引导钻的切削作用。
Description
本实用新型涉及可安装在门上的锁具,更具体地,涉及替换锁具。
锁具通常包括具有一圆柱螺栓支撑体的掣子组件,该支撑体可插入到在门边上钻的圆柱孔中。替换锁具包括具有一很大圆柱螺栓支撑体的掣子组件,该支撑体太大而无法插入最初的圆柱孔中。需要扩大门边上的撞孔。但扩孔是很困难的操作。
从美国专利No.5366326可知将一钻孔锯引导器紧密配合地装进一要扩大的通孔。该引导器具有一同心孔,当钻孔锯与引导器相配合扩孔时,同心孔用作钻孔锯的定向钻头的支撑面。引导器是锥形的,从而可以在孔尺寸微小变动的情况下获得紧密配合。
因而,本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于扩大已存在孔的工具,它不要求在使用钻孔工具之前在孔内固定一引导器。
本实用新型的其它目的和优点从本说明书的下述部分和附图来看是明显的,该附图根据专利法的要求示出一包含本实用新型原理的目前最优选的实施例。

图1示出具有一在其内水平延伸、用于接纳传统锁具(未示出)的掣子组件的圆柱壳体的孔12的门10的边缘。该孔可选择例如2.2225厘米(7/8英寸)的直径。可能需要换锁具并以另一个具有包括较大直径(例如1英寸)圆柱体的掣子组件的锁具替换已有的锁具。因而例如有必要把该孔从2.2225厘米(7/8英寸)扩大到2.54厘米(1英寸)。另外,需要扩大在门边和门框上的圆柱螺栓接纳孔,从而,可以使用一具有较大螺栓接纳孔的冲击板。例如,需要把螺栓接纳孔从2.54厘米(1英寸)扩大到3.4925厘米(13/8英寸)。
可由塑料制成的一圆柱钻孔引导器具有一直径比已有孔的直径略小的圆柱体15(引导器可以容易地滑入孔内并可以在孔内容易地转动)。引导器可以被可卸下地固定在一传统铲形钻头16的端部。铲形钻头具有一钻头17,钻头17具有一中心锥形穿刺尖端18和一对相对的钻削铲20。钻头的厚度为“T”,并且从图1所见,比在宽度上与扩大的孔的直径相对应的引导器的直径大“X”。
钻削引导器具有一用于接纳钻头的前端的进入条槽32(从条槽的端部向引导器的端部延伸的、在套筒35上确定的一中央孔34接纳穿刺尖端18)。条槽具有向内倾斜的壁36,从而,当钻头被推到钻削引导器上时钻头将被引导器抓住(楔入槽中)。孔的尺寸也确定为当钻头被推到引导器上时抓住穿刺尖端以便引导器与铲形钻头的杆37同轴对齐。引导器的前端38具有一倒过圆的环形边缘40以便于插入到孔中。
引导器也可以与一具有在其前边上带有齿54的圆柱钻头52的一Forsner钻头50使用。Forsner钻头还具有一轴向凸出超过齿的螺纹杆56。在引导器的前端连续的引导孔34通过使上和下条槽确定面32与孔的构造相一致而连续到钻头的端部。孔的尺寸为便于螺纹杆拧入到孔中,直到与钻头的杆58轴向对齐的引导器可卸下地牢固地固定到钻头上。
引导器也可以与一具有在其前边上带有相对的铲64的圆柱钻头62的一Auger钻头60使用。Auger钻头还具有一轴向凸出超过铲的螺纹杆66。。引导孔34的尺寸为便于螺纹杆拧入到孔中,直到与钻头的杆68轴向对齐的引导器可卸下地牢固地固定到钻头上。使用任一种工具时,可以使用引导器直到钻头已经把所接合的孔加工的足够大从而可以引导完成扩大的孔。这时可以从孔中把工具撤出和除去引导器。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于把已有的孔的尺寸扩大到一所选的扩大尺寸的工具,其特征在于,包括:
一铲形钻头,它包括在其前面具有一中心锥形穿刺尖端的钻头和在所述尖端的任一侧面的、大小为确定扩大的孔的尺寸的铲;
一具有一圆柱体的引导器,圆柱体的尺寸为可使引导器在已有的孔中转动;
所述的引导器包括一用于接纳所述的穿刺尖端和在所述的穿刺尖端的任一侧上的铲的一部分的条槽,所述条槽构造为当钻头被推进条槽时所述铲部分将楔入所述条槽中,并且
所述引导器包括一具有一轴向延伸的孔的圆柱中央套筒,所述孔的尺寸选定为可接纳和定中所述穿刺尖端。
2.一种用于把已有的孔的尺寸扩大到一所选的扩大尺寸的工具,其特征在于,它包括:
一确定扩大的孔的尺寸的钻;
一具有一圆柱体的引导器,圆柱体的尺寸为可使引导器滑动地插入到已有的孔中;
所述引导器和所述钻包括配合装置,用于可卸下地并固定地把所述引导器和所述钻互连在一起并使引导器和钻轴向对齐。
3.一种如权利要求2所述的用于把已有的孔的尺寸扩大到一所选的扩大尺寸的工具,其特征在于:
所述的钻是一铲形钻头,包括在其前面具有一中心锥形穿刺尖端的一钻头和在所述尖端的任一侧上的、确定扩大的孔的尺寸的铲;
所述的引导器包括一用于接纳所述的穿刺尖端和在所述的穿刺尖端的任一侧上的铲的一部分的条槽,所述条槽构造为当钻头被推进条槽时所述铲部分将楔入所述条槽中,并且
所述引导器包括一具有一轴向延伸的孔的圆柱中央套筒,所述孔的尺寸选定为可接纳和定中所述穿刺尖端;
所述钻头的所述条槽接合部分和所述条槽包括配合装置。
4.一种如权利要求2所述的用于把已有的孔的尺寸扩大到一所选的扩大尺寸的工具,其特征在于:
所述钻是一包括一钻头和一凸出超过所述钻头的中心螺纹杆的Auger钻头;并且
所述的引导器包括一用于接纳所述螺纹杆的中央孔,所述中央孔构造为当螺纹杆拧进所述孔时所述的螺纹杆将楔入所述孔中,并且所述引导器和所述Auger钻头轴向对齐;和
所述Auger钻头的所述螺纹杆和所述引导孔包括配合装置。
5.一种如权利要求2所述的用于把已有的孔的尺寸扩大到一所选的扩大尺寸的工具,其特征在于:
所述钻是一包括一钻头和一凸出超过所述钻头的中心螺纹杆的Forsner钻头;并且
所述的引导器包括一用于接纳所述螺纹杆的中央孔,所述中央孔构造为当螺纹杆拧进所述孔时所述的螺纹杆将楔入所述孔中,并且所述引导器和所述Forsner钻头轴向对齐;和
所述Forsner钻头的所述螺纹杆和所述引导孔包括配合装置。
