Description

农用三轮车制动总泵
本实用新型是一种汽车制动装置，特别是一种农用三轮车制动总泵。
目前我国农用三轮车没有专用的制动装置，它所采用的制动总泵是吉普车BJ130汽车的制动总泵，而两后轮的制动分泵则采用的是BJ212的后分泵，由于BJ130的制动总泵缸内径是28.58mm，而BJ212的后分泵缸内径是25.4mm，总泵和分泵缸体内径的尺寸不一致造成匹配不合理，所以在使用中，刹车时踏板力大而刹车力小，刹车不可靠，在满载时则刹车不灵。
另外现有的BJ130吉普车的制动总泵中泵体后端盖及出油口是通过螺纹联接到泵体上的，这样的结构加工复杂、安装麻烦。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的农用三轮车刹车总泵，它可以克服现有技术中所存在的缺点，增大刹车力，提高农用三轮车的刹车可靠性能。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它包括带有进、出油口的缸体，缸体中装有活塞，活塞的前端安装有活塞推杆，活塞后部装有复位弹簧，并在弹簧尾部装有油阀总成，其特征在于缸体的内径尺寸为25.4mm。
本实用新型将制动总泵的缸体内径改为与分泵的缸体内径一致，经过试验证明刹车力得到较大的提高，而且踏板力减小，使农用三轮车具有较好的刹车功能。
本实用新型还将缸体后端盖与缸体制成一体，后端盖上开有出油口，这样不仅易于加工，而且安装方便。
下面结合实施例及其附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
图1是本实用新型的结构剖视图。
图中10是制动总泵的缸体，缸体中部为进油口，尾部的后端盖与缸体为一体，开有出油口，如图中标示，缸体内径尺寸为25.4mm。在缸体中安装有活塞6，活塞的前端装有活塞推杆1，并在外部装有护罩2，活塞的后部装有皮碗7，在皮碗中装有回位弹簧座8并装有回位弹簧9，图中11是油阀总成，后面是油阀座12。为了适应现农用车的安装尺寸，本实施例中缸体上所带安装孔之间距离与现农用车的安装尺寸一致，为90mm。
图中4和3是活塞止推垫圈及其锁环，5是胶圈。

1、农用三轮车制动总泵，它包括带有进、出油口的缸体，缸体中装有活塞，活塞的前端安装有活塞推杆，活塞后部装有复位弹簧，并在弹簧尾部装有油阀总成，其特征在于缸体的内径尺寸为25.4mm。
2、根据权利要求1所说的制动总泵，其特征在于缸体上的安装孔间距尺寸为90mm。
3、根据权利要求1或2所说的制动总泵，其特征在于缸体后端盖与缸体为一体。
