本实用新型涉及的是一种消除螺纹间隙的机构,尤其是一种消除飞剪刀轴螺纹间隙的机构,属于运输作业类的剪切领域。
长期以来滚筒类飞剪机剪切时,由于刀轴上的轴向间隙引起刀刃轴向窜动,其原因是刀轴上螺纹间隙所引起,这对刀片正常使用的寿命以及对剪切质量的影响较大,特别对于现役的大量飞剪机,延长刀片的寿命和改善其剪切质量,在现有设备上进行有效的简单的改进设计已成当务之急。
本实用新型的技术方案主要是在滚筒类飞剪刀轴末端的端盖内设置螺杆套、浮动环以及端盖上设调整螺栓若干,螺杆套内有一止推环,螺杆套外表面有螺纹与端盖上内螺纹啮合,止推环与螺杆套为一体,止推环卡在刀轴末端的两个轴向止推轴承之间,螺杆套的另一端设置一浮动环,设置在刀轴端盖上的调整螺栓若干可以对浮动环轴向位置进行调节,并通过浮动环轴向调节螺杆套的轴向位置,直至消除螺杆套螺纹与端盖上内螺纹啮合时的螺纹间隙,从而消除刀轴的轴向窜动。
本实用新型产生了明显的效果,提高了设备的装机精度,提高了刀片的寿命和剪切质量,有效地解决了刀轴在剪切时轴向窜动问题。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型主要由螺杆套1、浮动环2、调整螺栓3组成,螺杆套1内有一止推环4,止推环4与螺杆套1为一体,飞剪刀轴末端有端盖5,端盖5内设置螺杆套1、浮动环2,螺杆套1外表面有螺纹,与端盖5上内螺纹啮合,端盖5上设调整螺栓3若干,止推环4卡在刀轴末端的两个止推轴承6之间,螺杆套1的另一端设置浮动环2,设置在端盖5上的调整螺栓3若干是可调的,可以对浮动环2轴向位置进行调节。浮动环2进一步推动螺杆套1轴向移动,直至最后消除螺杆套1上的螺纹与端盖5内螺纹啮合时的螺纹间隙。
调整螺栓3若干均布在端盖5上。

1、一种消除飞剪刀轴螺纹间隙的机构,其特征在于由螺杆套1、浮动环2、调整螺栓3组成,螺杆套1内有一止推环4,止推环4与螺杆套1为一体,飞剪刀轴末端有端盖5,端盖5内设置螺杆套1、浮动环2,螺杆套1外表面有螺纹,与端盖5上内螺纹啮合,端盖5上设调整螺栓3若干,止推环4卡在刀轴末端的两个止推轴承6之间,螺杆套1的另一端设置浮动环2。
2、如权利要求1所述的这种消除飞剪刀轴螺纹间隙的机构,其特征还在于调整螺栓3若干均布在端盖5上。
