技术领域
本实用新型属于冶金设备领域,涉及一种用于连续冷连轧生产线中消除滚筒式飞剪机的上刀轴轴向间隙装置。
背景技术
在全连续冷连轧生产线中全部采用滚筒式飞剪机进行分卷剪切。这是因为滚筒飞剪比其它飞剪剪切速度高、结构简单、体积小、重量轻的缘故。由于全连续冷连轧生产线的产品厚度范围较大,分卷剪切时还要保证较高的切口质量和小的毛刺高度,这就要求飞剪的剪刃侧间隙的调节范围大,而且调节精度高。影响剪刃侧间隙调节范围和调节精度的最主要因素是滚筒式飞剪机上刀轴的轴向间隙,也就是普通螺纹付的间隙。消除飞剪机上刀轴的轴向间隙以往的结构为普通螺纹付外加顶紧螺栓的方式。这种方式精度低,操作繁琐,费时、费力,而且劳动强度大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、无须手工操作、调整精度高、时间短的消除滚筒式飞剪机的上刀轴轴向间隙装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,消除滚筒式飞剪机的上刀轴轴向间隙装置,包括上滚筒轴、上滚筒轴头、螺杆、螺母及调节轮,其特征是:螺杆和螺母为无间隙滚珠丝杠型连接,螺杆与上滚筒轴连接装配成一体,调节轮与滚珠丝杠副的螺母旋转连接。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型螺杆和螺母为无间隙滚珠丝杠型连接,螺杆与上滚筒轴连接装配成一体,采用高精度滚珠丝杠副的机理,以获得高精度的剪刃侧间隙的调整。具有机构简单、无须手工操作、调整精度高、时间短的特点。

具体实施方式
消除滚筒式飞剪机的上刀轴轴向间隙装置,包括上滚筒轴1、上滚筒轴头2、螺杆3、螺母4及调节轮5,螺杆3和螺母4为无间隙滚珠丝杠型连接,螺杆3与上滚筒轴1连接装配成一体,调节轮5与滚珠丝杠副的螺母4旋转连接。工作时,调节轮5旋转带动滚珠丝杠副的螺母4旋转,因调节轮5轴向固定不动,所以螺母旋转时带动螺杆3移动,螺杆3与上滚筒轴1连接装配成一体,螺杆3移动带动上滚筒轴1的移动。因螺杆3和螺母4采用特制的无间隙的滚珠丝杠型式,因此上滚筒轴螺纹副轴向间隙为零。

1、消除滚筒式飞剪机的上刀轴轴向间隙装置,包括上滚筒轴(1)、上滚筒轴头(2)、螺杆(3)、螺母(4)及调节轮(5),其特征是:螺杆(3)和螺母(4)为无间隙滚珠丝杠型连接,螺杆(3)与上滚筒轴(1)连接装配成一体,调节轮(5)与滚珠丝杠副的螺母(4)旋转连接。
