Description
本实用新型是一种轧制装置，用于机械或冶金行业的冷轧成型，特别用于焊丝的轧制。
过去的轧制装置上、下轧辊上的轴孔是圆柱形的，安上定位套后，不能保证轧辊轴与轧辊间连接牢固，常有松解现象，这会影响轧轮的精度。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种轧制装置，以避免上述的轴松解的缺点。
本实用新型是一种轧制装置，由轧制箱7、上轧辊1、下轧辊2、定位套3、压缩螺丝4、调套螺母5、轧辊轴6组成，轧辊轴6从轧制箱7伸出，上轧辊1和下轧辊2分别套在轧辊轴6上，上轧辊1和下轧辊2上的轴孔是锥形的，两个定位套3分别插入上轧辊1和下轧辊2的锥形轴孔中，且定位套3插入轴孔里的部分和露在外面的部分是一体的。
本实用新型结构简单，轧辊轴6与轧辊连接牢固，克服了以前因轧辊轴与轧辊连接不牢固而造成轧制不精确的缺点。

实施例一：
本实用新型是一种轧制装置，由轧制箱7、上轧辊1、下轧辊2、定位套3、压缩螺丝4、调套螺母5、轧辊轴6组成，轧辊轴6从轧制箱7伸出，上轧辊1和下轧辊2分别套在轧辊轴6上，上轧辊1和下轧辊2上的轴孔是锥形的，两个定位套3分别插入上轧辊1和下轧辊2的锥形轴孔中，且定位套3插入轴孔里的部分和露在外面的部分是一体的。
在上轧辊1和下轧辊2的边缘插有锁定键8，锁定健8穿过轧辊、定位套3、轧辊轴6，以使轧辊与轧辊轴6连接的更加牢固。

1．一种轧制装置，由轧制箱(7)、上轧辊(1)、下轧辊(2)、定位套(3)、压缩螺丝(4)、调套螺母(5)、轧辊轴(6)组成，轧辊轴(6)从轧制箱(7)伸出，上轧辊(1)和下轧辊(2)分别套在轧辊轴(6)上，其特征在于：上轧辊(1)和下轧辊(2)上的轴孔是锥形的，两个定位套(3)分别插入上轧辊(1)和下轧辊(2)的锥形轴孔中，且定位套(3)插入轴孔里的部分和露在外面的部分是一体的。
2．根据权利要求1所述的轧制装置，其特征在于：在上轧辊(1)和上轧辊(2)的边缘有一个锁定键(8)，锁定键(8)穿过定位套(3)和轧辊轴(6)到上轧辊(1)和下轧辊(2)的别一端。
