Abstract
环缝筛鼓,它主要由凸缘、肋筋、筛条组成。肋筋外侧设有螺纹,筛条绕在螺纹槽内,由螺纹螺距同筛条的差构成筛缝。制造工艺简便、精度高,最小筛缝可达0.01毫米,缝宽误差小于0.01毫米。可适用于浆料筛选、浓缩,黑液过滤,纤维回收,污水处理等多种工艺。
Description
本实用新型属于造纸机械技术领域，具体涉及一种筛鼓。
现造纸业的筛浆机、黑液过滤机、纤维回收机、旋转细格栅等设备，所用的筛鼓，为孔型筛鼓和条缝型筛鼓，制造工艺复杂，精度不高，筛缝最小能达到0.20毫米，缝宽误差为±0.02，不能适应造纸业越来越高的工艺要求。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种制造工艺简便，精度高，缝隙更窄，用途更广的筛鼓。
本实用新型包括凸缘、肋筋、筛条。两端凸缘沿园调设若干肋筋，在肋筋的外侧设有螺纹，在螺纹槽中绕有筛条。筛缝由螺纹的螺距同筛条直径的差构成。例：螺纹螺距为1.5毫米，筛条直径为1.4毫米，筛缝宽为1.5-1.4=0.1(毫米)。
由于本实用新型筛鼓的筛缝是由肋筋上的螺纹螺距同筛条直径的差构成，制造工艺简便、精度高，最小筛缝可达0.01毫米，缝宽误差小于0.01毫米，精密细小的筛缝可以适应：浆料筛选、浓缩、黑液过滤，纤维回收，污水处理等各种工艺要求。
