本实用新型涉及一种煨烫用的厨具，特别是一种煨烫瓦缸。
现有技术中一般是用锅烧汤，用这种厨具烧的汤营养成份流失，汤不清澈透明，不能保证原汤原味，营养成份差。
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种煨烫瓦缸，用这种瓦缸煨烫出来的汤，清澈透明，能保持原汤原味。
本实用新型的构成：由瓦缸体、支承板、缸盖、温度表和火盘组成，瓦缸体(1)是腰鼓形，上端缸口由缸盖(2)密封，在缸盖(2)上装有与瓦缸内腔连通的温度表(3)，在瓦缸体(1)内壁上圆圈排列上下多层支承板(4)，在支承板上放置烫瓦堡(7)，在瓦缸体(1)内的底部放置火盘(5)，在火盘(5)内放置木炭火，在瓦缸体(1)的底部一侧有通风口(6)。
与现有技术比较，本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，容易控制温度，烫瓦堡分层放置在瓦缸体内，可随吃随取，既卫生又方便，兹汤烧成后，清澈透明，原汤原味，别有风味，滋身补体。

本实用新型的实施例：如附图所示，在瓦缸体(1)的内壁四周安装支承板(4)，支承板(4)分上下多层水平排列，在支承板(4)上放置烫瓦堡(7)，在瓦缸体(1)内的底部放置火盘(5)，在火盘(5)内有木炭火，瓦缸体(1)的底部一侧有通风口(5)，在瓦缸体(1)的口上安装缸盖(2)密封，在缸盖(2)上插装温度表(3)。
使用时，将所需煨烫的原料，配料按比例配制好放入烫瓦堡(7)内，加适量的天然矿泉水，盖上盖一层层放入瓦缸体(1)内，再将盛有木炭火的火盘(5)放在瓦缸体(1)底部，盖上缸盖(2)密封，掌握温度在140℃±5℃煨烫8至10小时即可煨熟。
