Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种集运输、贮存、周转为一体，内、外两层中空的液体集装罐，其特征是外壳1内装有内胆2，内胆2上设有进口盖4及出口阀门3，外壳1为角铁作框架的金属网格，底脚内陷，上部突起。本实用新型改变了传统液体运输的落后操作方法，走固体集装箱道路，用铲车装卸，到客户之地码放，省去储罐，用完换新，周而复始使用，使液体运输化整为零，规范轻松。

Description

液体集装罐
本实用新型涉及一种物料贮存或运输的容器，具体地说是一种液体集装罐。
现有的液体运输普遍采用槽罐固定在车皮上(如火车、汽车)，在厂家要灌装，运到客户要放清，费工费时，且浪费车皮，而用陶罐或其它方法则更为下策。
本实用新型的目的则是针对上述现有技术存在的问题，提供了一种集运输、贮存、周转为一体，内、外两层中空的液体集装罐。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到：
一种液体集装罐，其特征是外壳1内装有内胆2，内胆2上设有进口盖4及出口阀门3，外壳1为角铁作框架的金属网格，底脚内陷，上部突起。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点：
本实用新型改变了传统液体运输的落后操作方法，走固体集装箱道路，集运输、贮存、周转为一体，用铲车装卸，到客户之地码放，省去储罐，用完换新，周而复始使用，使液体运输化整为零，规范轻松。

内胆2材料为聚乙烯整体成型，内胆2装入外壳1内，内胆2上配有一进口盖4，下角凹进部分设有出口阀门3，出口阀门3上备有防漏保险旋塞5，外壳2用4×4角铁作框架，6#钢元焊成网格，底脚内陷，上部突出，液体从进口灌入，旋紧进口盖4，即可储运用铲车装卸，可以码放三层，客户使用时，打开出口阀门3即可。

Claims (3)

1．一种液体集装罐，其特征是外壳(1)内装有内胆(2)，内胆(2)上设有进口盖(4)及出口阀门(3)，外壳(1)为角铁作框架的金属网格，底脚内陷，上部突起。
2．根据权利要求1所述的液体集装罐，其特征是内胆(2)材料为聚乙烯整体成型。
3．根据权利要求1所述的液体集装罐，其特征是出口阀门(3)上装有防漏保险旋塞(5)。
