现有的散热器通常采用铸造成型,它的不足之处在于体积大、重量大、散热面积小。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种体积小、重量轻、散热面积大、节水的散热器。
本实用新型的目的是由以下技术方案来实现的。一种散热器由两端的配水通道,在配水通道上设置供、回水接头,其特殊之处在于:在两端的配水通道之间设置若干个散热管,在散热管的周壁上缠绕散热片组成。
在所述的配水通道内设有隔板。
本实用新型的散热器同现有的散热器相比,由于本实用新型的散热器采用若干个散热管的周壁缠绕散热片组成的绕片管束结构,具有外形体积小、重量轻、散热面积大、节水等优点。
下面利用附图所示的一个实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。

参照图1和2,配水通道(1、3)用金属板焊接组成。在配水通道(1、3)上焊接有供、回水接头(4、5),散热管(2)采用金属管,在专用机械设备上散热管(2)的周壁上缠绕散热片(6),散热管(2)与散热片(6)的两端头部焊接固定,若干个散热管(2)与配水通道(1、3)焊接,在配水通道(1、3)内固定有隔板(7),隔板(7)的作用是使散热器内的水均匀循环,以达到均热效果,散热器采用防腐镀锌处理。

1、一种散热器由两端的配水通道(1、3),在配水通道(1、3)上设置供、回水接头(4、5),其特征在于:在两端的配水通道(1、3)之间设置若干个散热管(2)、在散热管(2)的周壁上缠绕散热片(6)组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的散热器,其特征在于:在配水通道(1、3)内设有隔板(7)。
