本实用新型涉及一种电镀夹具，特别是一种内燃机缸套电镀夹具。
目前一般的内燃机缸套电镀夹具是将一实芯铅棒通电极进行电镀，但是实芯铅棒通电易发热，引起电镀质量差。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电镀时不发热，电镀质量好的内燃机缸套电镀夹具。
本实用新型的技术方案是设计一种内燃机缸套电镀夹具，包括莫氏锥套、莫氏锥柄、外层镀铅的金属鼓，其特征是：金属鼓的上下二端面上有螺栓，一端的螺栓上接莫氏锥柄，莫氏锥柄与莫氏锥套配合，莫氏锥套接阳极，螺栓上套有绝缘环，螺栓上有螺母，绝缘环外有工件定位夹，工件定位夹上有通孔，工件定位夹的内侧有绝缘环挡边，工件定位夹上接阴极。
本实用新型的优点是电镀时不发热，电镀质量好。

附图为本实用新型的剖面示意图，图中包括莫氏锥套1、莫氏锥柄2、外层镀铅的金属鼓3，其特征是：金属鼓3的上下二端面上有螺栓4，一端的螺栓4上接莫氏锥柄2，莫氏锥柄2与莫氏锥套1配合，莫氏锥套1接阳极，螺栓4上套有绝缘环5，螺栓4上有螺母6，绝缘环5外有工件定位夹7，工件定位夹7上有通孔8，工件定位夹7的内侧有绝缘环5挡边9，工件定位夹7上接阴极。使用时将缸套10放在工件定位夹7上，然后把金属鼓3放置在缸套10内，将绝缘环5放在工件定位夹7的挡边9上，连绝缘环5和工件定位夹7套在缸套10的二端，金属鼓3上的螺栓4穿出绝缘环5，用螺母6拧紧至绝缘环5，在下端的工件定位夹7的孔8注入铬酸11，铬酸11从上端的工件定位夹7的孔8流出，莫氏锥套1接阳极，工件定位夹7上接阴极进行电镀。
