Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种自行车车座的改进。车座基体固定在座托的上部,座托下部是座管,在座管的下部有一竖长槽,座管套装在套管内,套管上有一螺孔,螺孔内固定有螺钉,螺孔内的螺钉卡在长槽内,套管内装有弹簧,弹簧在座管的下方。本实用新型结构简洁,设计合理,减震效果好,使用寿命长。
Description
本实用新型属于自行车技术领域，特别涉及一种自行车车座的改进。
现有的自行车车座，车座基体下面有许多小弹簧，小弹簧与一大的减震簧连接，大减震簧有三个支点用来支撑车座基体，最后三个支点与一套管相连。使用时，把车座的套管插入自行车车架的斜管中，拧紧斜管上的卡子，固定死卡子便可使用。这样的自行车车座结构复杂，生产工艺繁锁，减震效果差，使用过程中弹簧容易拉断，车座寿命短。
本实用新型的目的，是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单，减震效果良好的新型自行车车座。
本实用新型的目的是通过下列技术方案实现的：车座基体上有弹性材料覆面，车座基体固定在座托的上部，座托下部是座管，在座管的下部有一竖长槽，座管套装在套管内，套管上有一螺孔，螺孔内的螺钉卡在长槽内，保证座管在套管内上下滑动，套管内装有弹簧，弹簧在座管的下方。弹簧在套管内，保证了车座的减震作用。
本实用新型结构简洁，设计合理，生产工艺简单，减震效果良好，使用寿命长，特别是将原有车座的套管分成座管和套管两部分，减少了占用的空间，使包装和运输更方便，同时，更容易安装和维修。

参照附图，本实用新型的车座基体1上有弹性材料覆面，车座基体1固定在座托3的上部，座托3下部是座管4，座管4的下部有一竖长槽6，座管4套装在套管8内，套管8上有一螺孔7，螺孔7的螺钉卡在长槽6内，保证座管4在套管8内上下滑动，套管8内装有弹簧9，弹簧9在座管4的下方。车架1与座托3之间时应有螺孔，车座基体1与座托3通过螺钉2连接在一起。出厂时，座管4与车座基体1分离，以便于包装。安装时，先将座管4与车座基体1连成一体，弹簧9放入套管8内，然后将座管4插入套管8内，螺钉穿过螺孔7插入长槽6内，将螺钉固定在套管8上。车座基体1后部为一马鞍型的凸起，这样更附合人体生理的结构特征，增加使用时的舒适感。为了增加减震效果，座管4的外部套有弹簧5，弹簧5座在套管8的上沿上。

1．一种新型自行车车座，车座基体(1)上有弹性材料覆面，其特征在于：车座基体(1)固定在座托(3)的上部，座托(3)下部是座管(4)，在座管(4)的下部有一竖长槽(6)，座管(4)套装在套管(8)内，套管(8)上有一螺孔(7)，螺孔(7)内固定有螺钉，螺孔(7)内的螺钉卡在竖长槽(6)内，套管(8)内装有弹簧(9)，弹簧(9)在座管(4)的下方。
2．根据权利要求1所述的自行车车座，其特征在于车座基体(1)后部为一马鞍型的凸起。
3．根据权利要求1或2所述的自行车车座，其特征在于车座基体(1)与座托(3)之间对应有螺孔，车座基体(1)与座托(3)通过螺钉(2)连接在一起
4．根据权利要求1或2所述的自行车车座，其特征在于座管(4)的外部套有弹簧(5)，弹簧(5)坐在套管(8)的上沿上。
5．根据权利要求3所述的自行车车座，其特征在于座管(4)的外部套有弹簧(5)，弹簧(5)坐在套管(8)的上沿上。
