Abstract

振动压路机多振幅调幅机构,属压实机械的调幅机构。其特征是:在振动压轮内安装有外振动轴,外振动轴中心为空心,在外振动轴空心内安装有内振动轴,在外振动轴的一端连接有调幅花键套;另一端连接有驱动花键套。该机构可根据需要实现多种振幅,能够提高整机对不同的铺层材料的压实效果和压实质量,结构新颖,易制造,振幅调节方便可靠。

Description

振动压路机多振幅调幅机构
本实用新型涉及一种压实机械的调幅机构,特别涉及一种振动压路机的调幅机构。
目前,国内外振动压路机的激振装置,一般都采用正反转调幅方式,即在振动轴上焊接有固定偏心块和空套着活动偏心块。当振动轴正方向旋转时,活动偏心块处于固定偏心块相同的位置,这时合偏心矩为两者之和,产生大振幅;当振动轴反向旋转时,活动偏心块转过180度后被挡住,这时,活动偏心块处于与固定偏心块相对的位置,合偏心矩为两者之差,产生小振幅。该装置只能产生大小两种振幅。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种能产生多种振幅的振动压路机多种振幅调幅机构。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在振动压轮内安装有外振动轴,外振动轴中心为空心,在外振动轴空心内安装有内振动轴,在外振动轴的一端连接有调幅花键套,另一端连接有驱动花键套。
上述方案中,在空心的偏心轴内再安装偏心轴,旋转调幅花键套即可改变两偏心轴对称线之间的夹角,从而实现多振幅。该机构的特点是根据需要可以实现多种振幅,使之与振动频率等主要参数达到最佳匹配,从而有效地提高整机对不同的铺层材料的压实效果和压实质量;该机构结构新颖,易于制造,振幅调节方便可靠。
下面根据附图结合实施例作进一步说明。

实施例:压轮1内两端的封口板中心位置各有一孔,在左边的孔中安装左轴承座2,在右边的孔中安装右轴承座9,在两个轴承座内各安装一振动轴承4,穿过两个孔中的振动轴承4安装有外振动轴6,外振动轴6为空心的偏心轴,在外振动轴6内安装有内振动轴7,内振动轴7为偏心轴,两者之间安装有铜套(轴承)5,在外振动轴6的左端连接有调幅花键套11,内振动轴7从调幅花键套11中穿出,外振动轴与调幅花键套11、调幅花套11与内振动轴7之间均通过花键连接,调幅花键套11有调节把手,在内振轴7的最左端有挡板3,在调幅花键套与挡板之间有弹簧8,在外振动轴6的右端连接有驱动花键套10。

1、一种振动压路机多振幅调幅机构,其特征是:在振动压轮内安装有外振动轴,外振动轴中心为空心,在外振动轴空心内安装有内振动轴,在外振动轴的一端连接有调幅花键套;另一端连接有驱动花键套。
2、根据权利要求1所述的振动压路机多振幅调幅机构,其特征是:所述的钢板中心位置的孔,在左边的孔中安装左轴承座,在右边的孔中安装右轴承座,在两个轴承座内各安装一振动轴承。
3、根据权利要求1所述的振动压路机多振幅调幅机构,其特征是:所述的内振动轴从调幅花键套中穿出,外振动轴与调幅花键套、调幅花键套与内振动轴之间均通过花键连接;调幅花键套有调节把手,在内振轴的最左端有挡板,在调幅花键套与挡板之间有弹簧,在外振动轴的右端连接有驱动花键套。
4、根据权利要求1所述的振动压路机多振幅调幅机构,其特征是:所述的外振动轴为空心的偏心轴,在外振动轴内安装有内振动轴,内振动轴为偏心轴,两者之间安装有铜套(轴承)。
