Abstract

Description
本实用新型涉及活栓,尤其涉及用于施用药物的活栓。
医用活栓是众所周知的,其用于沿一条所选择的路径控制和引导药液的流动。在将液体(例如血浆、盐水或其它药液)给予接受药物治疗的病人时,经常需要将药液的流动从第一导管或管子引入选自于大概两个或多个导管或管子的另一导管或管子中。此操作通常是利用活栓来完成的。
活栓是众所周知的,它包括一个套筒件,该筒件以可转动的方式容纳一个共同运作的旋塞。通常从所述筒伸出两个或多个中空的套管,这些套管能够接在药液流可从中流过的管子上。旋塞体上有若干个孔,这些孔根据旋塞相对于套筒的转动位置使药液可从一个入口管流到从其余出口管中所选择的一个管。
通常,这样设置旋塞体上的孔:即在旋塞相对于套筒的至少一个转动位置上,可防止所有药液从一个入口管流到一个出口管。
在这些公知的活栓中,使用者有时很难毫无疑问地确定旋塞何时处于相对于套筒的正确角位置上,以便使药液从一个入口管充分流到所选择的出口管中。如果旋塞上的适当的孔没有与相应的套管完全对准,那么就会阻碍药液的流动。反之,在活栓的非流动位置上,如果旋塞体上的孔没有完全与套管不对准,那么药液会渗入其中一个出口套管中。日本实用新型公开文本No.4-29619中描述了一种包括一个中空套筒和一个旋塞的活栓,从所述套筒伸出多个间隔开的、其内部与中空套筒内部相通的中空套管;所述旋塞具有一个安装在中空套筒内做旋转运动的塞体部件和多个使所选择的套管之间相通的孔。塞体部件在中空套筒内是液密配合,但包括一个具有多个凹槽的直径减小的部分。中空套筒的相应部分配有凸出体,从而当旋塞相对于中空套筒转动时,可给所有使药液流过活栓的位置一个可靠指示或“咔嗒声”。
在塞体部件的直径减小的部分上形成凹槽使得有时很难意识到旋塞何时已经到达所选择的位置上。这一点在多次使用活栓之后尤其明显。
本实用新型的一个目的是通过在套管和旋塞的较大直径的部分上配置共同运作的凹槽和锁销来消除这个缺陷,以致于当入口套管与一个所选择的出口套管对准时,或者当活栓处于关闭位置时,这些凹槽和锁销在活栓的整个工作期间可给出一个可靠指示。
本实用新型的另一目的是提供一种用于施用药物的活栓,这种活栓制造和安装起来都较为简单,因此可以经济地进行生产。
按照本实用新型,一种医用目的的活栓包括一个中空套筒和一个旋塞;从所述套筒伸出多个间隔开的、其内部与中空套筒内部相通的中空套管;所述旋塞具有一个安装在中空套筒内做旋转运动的塞体部件和多个使所选择的套管之间相通的孔,中空套筒内的塞体部件在所述中空套筒内是液密配合,并且当旋塞的塞体部件在中空套筒内旋转到一个或多个所选择的位置上时,配置在共同运作的套筒和旋塞上的装置可给出一个指示,其特征在于所述中空套筒具有一个以液密方式容纳旋塞塞体部件的相应部分的内径较小的部分和另一其上具有一个或多个锁销的内径较大的部分;而旋塞的塞体具有一个直径比容纳在套筒的较小内径中的部分大的相应部分,并且在这个相应部分上形成有多个凹槽。
旋塞优选地还配有另一部分,在这个部分上具有一个用于将旋塞的塞体部件固定到中空套筒内的弹性肋。
在一个优选实施例中,弹性肋在这个另一部分周围延伸不超过180度。
现在借助举例、参考示意性附图中的数字对本实用新型的一个实施例进行描述,其中:
图1是按照本实用新型的活栓的套筒成形件的透视图;
图2是图1中的套筒的平面图;
图3是按照本实用新型的活栓的旋塞成形件的透视图;

图5是穿过图3和图4中的旋塞的剖面图。
首先参照图1和图2,活栓的套筒2成形件具有一个中空的内部。从套筒2的向外的表面径向地朝外伸出三个间隔开的中空套管4,6,8。每个套管本身适合以公知的方式连接到一个管子(未示出)上。正如众所周知的,至少一个入口即套管8或6将连接到流过来自液源的药液的管子上。剩余的出口套管4将连接到一个管子上,这个管子正如以下将要说明的,其将药液从活栓引导给病人或其它目的地。
每个中空套管4,6,8在一个主要的、直径较小的内部部分10处与套筒2的内部相通。从部分10向上伸出直径较大的内部部分12(如图1所示),并且直径较大的部分12的表面上有两个锁销14。
现在参照图3,4和5,与套筒2共同运作的旋塞22包括一个手柄24,从手柄24垂下塞体部件26。塞体部件26包括与直径较大的手柄24直接相邻的第一部分28。在部分28上形成有多个(也就是所示出的8个)凹槽29。
在部分28之下并与其直接相邻的是直径比部分28小的中间部分30。在中间部分30上有孔32。中间部分30的直径的大小相对于部分10来说使得当旋塞22装入套筒2而部分10,30又是液密配合时,旋塞22能够旋转。
最后,与部分30毗邻的是直径比中间部分30小的部分34。在部分34的外表面上有弹性肋36,此弹性肋在部分34的外表面周围充分延伸但不超过180度。弹性肋36的直径也比10部分小并且部分30和34之间的圆角可使安装简便易行。
套筒2和旋塞22都是用弹性塑料材料制成,例如用聚乙烯制备旋塞,用聚碳酸酯制备套筒,并且二者都可以用塑料模塑技术来简便地制备。
在安装时,迫使旋塞22通过套筒2的上端(如图所示)直到肋36弹性地扣在套筒2下端附近。这样可自动地确保旋塞22停留在套筒2内以及孔32能与中空套管4,6,8对准。
在使用时,例如当需要将药液流引入朝向出口套管4的入口套管8中时,然后转动旋塞的手柄直到旋塞22的中间部分30上的孔32与合适的套管8,4对准为止。操作者知道什么时候获得这种对准,因为他能感觉到合适的凹槽29和锁销14啮合。这样,操作者将完全不怀疑药液的充分流动在通过活栓的过程中不会受到阻碍。
反之,当需要停止液体的流动时,则移动手柄24,操作者将再次感觉到合适的凹槽和锁销的啮合。由于部分10,30提供了液密封闭。因此没有液体从入口套管8流过活栓。
Claims (3)
1.一种活栓,包括一个中空套筒(2)和一个旋塞(22),从所述套筒(2)中伸出多个间隔开的、其内部与中空套筒内部相通的中空套管(4,6,8),所述旋塞(22)具有一个安装在中空套筒(2)内做旋转运动的塞体部件(26)和多个使所选择的套管(4,6,8)之间相通的孔(32),中空套筒(2)内的塞体部件(26)在所述中空套筒内是液密配合,并且当旋塞(22)的塞体部件(26)在中空套筒(2)内旋转到一个或多个所选择的位置上时,配置在共同运作的套筒(2)和旋塞(22)上的装置(14,29)给出一个可靠指示,其特征在于,中空套筒(2)具有一个以液密方式容纳旋塞(22)的塞体部件(26)的相应部分(30)的内径较小的部分(10)和另一其上具有一个或多个锁销(14)的内径较大的部分(12);旋塞(22)的塞体部件(26)具有一个直径比容纳在套筒(2)的较小内径中的部分(30)的大的相应部分(28),并且在部分(28)上有多个凹槽(29)。
2.如权利要求1所述的活栓,其特征在于,旋塞(22)还配有另一部分(34),在部分(34)上具有一个用于将旋塞(22)的塞体部分(26)固定到中空套筒(2)内的弹性肋(36)。
3.如权利要求2所述的活栓,其特征在于,弹性肋(36)在另一部分(34)周围延伸不超过180度。
