Abstract

一种连续式强氧化离子水生成器,进水管分为两路经两换向阀进入电解槽中正离子交换膜两侧,电解槽顶部两出水口经两换向阀分别引出酸性和碱性离子水。本实用新型只需向正极一侧添加电解辅助剂,通过极性和管路的变换可清除金属离子和水垢,降低了消耗,延长了使用寿命,避免了各生成离子水的误取错误,使用极为方便。

本实用新型涉及一种生产离子水的装置。
目前,普通强氧化离子水生成器,其负极电解辅助剂会在中性离子交换膜内部堆积,难以清除干净,影响其正常使用,降低出水质量,增加辅助剂的消耗,减少装置的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述已知技术存在的问题,从而提供一种连续式强氧化离子水生成器,以避免电极极性变更时产生性质不符的电解水和入水处的两极经常投放电解辅助剂。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下方式实现的:
该生成器由管路(1)-(18)、电极A、B、换向阀(19)、(20)、(21)、(22)、电解槽(25)、交换膜(26)、电极交换器(23)和电解辅助剂添加装置(24)组成,其中,管路(1)分为(2)、(3)两支,管路(2)经管路(18)接电解辅助剂添加装置,同时管路(2)还接换向阀(19)、换向阀两出口管路(4)、(5)经管路(8)、(9)接至电解槽(25)底部,位于交换膜(26)的两侧;管路(3)经换向阀(20)后分为管路(6)、(7),管路(6)接管路(9)、管路(7)接管路(8);电解槽(25)正离子交换膜(26)两侧设有垂直的两电极A和B,顶端连接电极交换器(23)、电解槽(25)顶端带有两出水的管路(10)和(15),分别接换向阀(21)和(22),换向阀(21)的出口管路为(11)、(14)、换向阀(22)的出口管路为(13)、(16)、管路(11)与(13)相连,管路(14)与(16)、(17)相连,管路(11)连接管路(12)。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
由于增设换向阀,使水路可变换;只需在正极处添加电解辅助剂即可,正离子交换膜可使水中负离子不向正极移动,虽然其内部和表面会附着各种金属离子和水垢,但只要把电解槽的正负极性加以变换,上述金属离子、水垢即可分解。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:

在图1中:管路(1)分为(2)、(3)两路,管路(2)经添加电解辅助剂并混合后进入电解槽电极B的下端,如果在电极A处加正极,从管路(17)中便可产生酸性离子水,同样,管路(3)进入电极A一侧,从管路(11)、(12)处会产生碱性离子水。
若将电极和水路同时更换,则管路(2)经电解辅助剂添加口,经换向阀(19)换向,经管路(5)、(8)至电解槽A极一侧,电解槽的水在A电极和离子交换膜(26)之间流淌,从管路(10)引出,经换向阀(21)换向从管路(17)流出,如果在A电极加正电,便可产生酸性离子水。
同理,管路(3)接电解槽另一侧,可产生碱性离子水。
本实用新型在极性更换后也可不断向正电极侧添加电解辅助剂,减少从各生成离子水的取水口处误取错误,添加剂可为钠或钾等电解辅助添加剂。

1、一种连续式强氧化离子水生成器,由管路(1)-(18),电极A、B、换向阀(19)、(20)、(21)、(22)、电解槽(25)、交换膜(26)、电极交换器(23)和电解辅助剂添加装置(24)组成,其特征在于:管路(1)分为(2)、(3)两支,管路(2)经管路(18)接电解辅助剂添加装置,同时管路(2)还接换向阀(19)、换向阀两出口管路(4)、(5)经管路(8)、(9)接至电解槽(25)底部,位于交换膜(26)的两侧;管路(3)经换向阀(20)后分为管路(6)、(7),管路(6)接管路(9)、管路(7)接管路(8);电解槽(25)正离子交换膜(26)两侧设有垂直的两电极A和B,顶端连接电极交换器(23)、电解槽(25)顶端带有两出水的管路(10)和(15),分别接换向阀(21)和(22),换向阀(21)的出口管路为(11)、(14)、换向阀(22)的出口管路为(13)、(16)、管路(11)与(13)相连,管路(14)与(16)、(17)相连,管路(11)连接管路(12)。
