本实用新型提供了一种气动车,动力为气马达。
现有的汽车,含有动力、底盘、车身、电气设备等四大部分,动力一般为内燃机。其不足之处在于内燃机燃料燃烧的排出物含有碳氢化物,碳烟等有害物质,严重污染空气和环境。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,而提供一种气动车,动力为气马达。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:气动车,含有动力、底盘、车身、电气设备。其中底盘含有传动系、行驶系、转向系、制动装备等,动力为气马达,气马达安装在底盘上,与飞轮之间用联接器联接。气马达的气源为空气压缩机组,空气压缩机组的动力源为发电机组,它们均安装在底盘上。联接器含有联接套和联接盘,联接套与气马达花键联接,联接盘与飞轮用螺栓联接,联接套和联接盘用螺栓联接。
本实用新型的优点在于气动车的动力为气马达,无碳气化物和碳烟排出,不污染环境。

结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。气动车含有动力、底盘、车身、电气设备等。其中底盘有传动系、行驶系、转向系、制动装备等,动力为气马达7,气马达7安装在底盘的车架15上,气马达7与飞轮8之间用联接器16联接,联接器16含有联接套17和联接盘18,联接盘18与气马达7花键联接,联接盘18与飞轮8用螺栓联接,联接套17和联接盘18用螺栓联接。气马达7的气源为空气压缩机组1,它安装在车架15的前部。空气压缩机组1的动力源为发电机组13,它装在车架15的中后部。气马达7的前部依次装有方向阀6、流量阀5,流量阀5紧接贮气罐3,它们均安置在车架15上。飞轮8后面依次装有离合器9、变速箱10、万向传动轴11、驱动桥14,它们也都安置在车架15上。气动车的传动是这样的:发电机组13发电供给空气压缩机组1,空气压缩机组产生的压缩空气经流量阀5、方向阀6供给气马达7,气马达7转动,将运动传递至飞轮8、离合器9、变速箱10、万向传动轴11、驱动桥14、驱动轮12,前轮2。制动装备、转向系、电气设备、车身等与现有技术相同。
发电机组13含有蓄电池、直流电机、发电机。空气压缩机组含有电动机、空气压缩机、空气过滤器、后冷却器、油水分离器、贮气罐、干燥器、过滤器等。还有气马达、流量阀、方向阀等。上述设备均为现有技术。

1、气动车,含有动力、底盘、车身、电气设备,其中底盘含有传动系、行驶系、转向系、制动装备等,本实用新型的特征在于动力为气马达(7),气马达(7)安装在底盘上,与飞轮(8)之间用联接器(16)联接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的气马车,其特征在于气马达(7)的气源为空气压缩机组(1),空气压缩机组(1)的动力源为发电机组(13),它们均安装在底盘上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的气动车,其特征在于联接器(16)含有联接套(17)和联接盘(18),联接套(17)与气马达(7)花键联接,联接盘(18)与飞轮(8)用螺栓联接,联接套(17)和联接盘(18)用螺栓联接。
