本实用新型涉及一种适于供电、变电或配电系统使用的组合式箱式变电站外壳。包括箱底(1)、箱壁(2)、箱顶(3)和箱门(4),箱壁、箱顶和箱门采用复合玻璃钢板,并且具有曲线状的截面。箱底以金属材料为骨架,加设复合玻璃钢板。这种变电站外壳具有绝缘性好、耐腐蚀、不易老化、阻燃、防水、重量轻、成本低、美观大方等优点。

组合式箱式变电站外壳
本实用新型涉及一种适于供电、变电或配电系统使用的组合式箱式变电站外壳。
目前公知的组合式箱式变电站外壳,多数采用金属材料如铝合金或钢板制成,存在着防水性、绝缘性和耐腐蚀性差,易老化,成本高及笨重等缺陷。其箱顶通常由若干块金属板拼装而成,光洁度和防渗漏性能较差。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新的组合式箱式变电站外壳,这种外壳具有较好的防水、绝缘和耐腐蚀性能,并且成本较低,重量较轻。
实用新型的目的是按下述方式实现的。
组合式箱式变电站外壳,包括箱底、箱壁、箱顶和箱门,箱壁、箱顶和箱门采用复合玻璃钢板,并且具有曲线状的截面。
箱底以金属材料(如槽钢)为骨架,加设复合玻璃钢板。
常见的复合玻璃钢材料,与金属材料相比,通常具有防水、绝缘、耐腐蚀、不易老化、重量轻、阻燃等特性。由于本实用新型所述的变电站外壳采用复合玻璃钢板做为壳体,因此,该外壳具有绝缘性好、耐腐蚀、不易老化、重量轻、阻燃、防水、成本低、美观大方等优点。特别是通过将箱壁、箱顶及箱门的截面形状设计为曲线状,有效地克服了玻璃钢材料强度较低的缺陷,使得变电站外壳具有可靠的稳固性和承压能力。
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细描述。
附图1是依据本实用新型提供的组合式箱式变电站外壳的示意图,附图2是箱壁、箱顶或箱门的截面示意图,附图3是外壳的正面示意图,附图4是外壳的侧面示意图。
如附图所示,组合式箱式变电站外壳,包括箱底(1)、箱壁(2)、箱顶(3)和箱门(4),箱壁、箱顶和箱门采用复合玻璃钢板,并且具有曲线状的截面。箱底(1)可以以金属材料如槽钢为骨架,加设复合玻璃钢板。所用的玻璃钢板为阻燃玻璃钢材料。箱顶(3)为整体机制一次成型的整体玻璃钢板。由于箱顶为一个整体,具有很好的光洁度,不存在缝隙或潜在缝隙,防渗漏性能好。
如附图2所示,为了提高外壳的隔热性能,箱壁、箱顶和箱门为双层复合玻璃钢板,其外层具有曲线状的截面,两层之间填充隔热材料(5)。箱顶与水平面之间有一定的夹角,即有一定的坡度,更便于排水和提高箱顶的稳固性。该夹角可大于0度小于60度。
箱式外壳的中部为变压器室,变压器室开设散热孔(6),有利于散热。

1、一种组合式箱式变电站外壳,包括箱底(1)、箱壁(2)、箱顶(3)和箱门(4),其特征在于:箱壁、箱顶和箱门采用复合玻璃钢板,并且具有曲线状的截面。
2、按权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于:箱底(1)以槽钢为骨架,加设复合玻璃钢板。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的外壳,其特征在于:箱壁、箱顶和箱门为双层复合玻璃钢板,其外层具有曲线状的截面。
