现有的铸造机是通过电机直接带动管模进行生产,管模内必须加内土模方能进行,生产的管表面有缝,该机铸管速度慢,铸管的管壁厚薄不均。
本实用新型是一种铸管速度快、铸管的管壁厚均匀的离心浇注机。
本实用新型是这样实现:
离心浇注机是由两对主动轮和被动轮,主动轮的转轴通过两个轴承固定,主动轮的转轴与电动机相连,两个主动轮的转轴是同一转轴,被动轮的轴固定轮座上,被动轮的轴承安装在轴上,被动轮固定在轴承上,两个被动轮与两个主动轮对称安装,管模放在主动轮与被动轮之间。
本实用新型的离心浇注机结构简单,铸管速度快,铸管的管壁均匀,成本低。

电动机(1)通过皮带(2)与主动轮(3)的转轴(4)相连,两主动轮(3)固定在转轴(4)上,每个主动轮两边通过固定在基座(5)上的轴承(6)支撑转轴,两个被动轮(7)与两个主动轮对称,被动轮(7)固定在轴承(8)上,轴承(8)安装在被动轮轴(9)上,被动轮轴(9)固定在两边基座上,管模(10)安放在主动轮与被动轮之间。
