Abstract

一种汽车排气管专用金属波纹软管,管体为波纹状,两端管径与配用的排气管管径相等,并分别与排气管前、中段焊接相连,其特征是管体为三层状结构,内、中层是两层重叠的用不锈钢薄板制成的波数为9-19的波纹管体,两层的焊缝错位180°±20°,外层是紧贴波纹管体并用焊箍与管体两端固定的不锈钢编织丝网外罩。本实用新型在排气过程中会产生涡流,以避免直流排气,且抗疲抗振降噪声,显著地改善汽车的使用性能,延长汽车发动机和排气管的使用寿命。

汽车排气管专用金属波纹软管
本实用新型涉及一种车辆动力装置与排气结合的布置,尤其涉及一种汽车排气管专用金属波纹软管。
汽车发动机排气管在使用过程中热胀冷缩会引起轴位移,在道路行进颠簸时易造成排气管断裂或其它连接件的损坏,需要在消声器前的排气管段增设抗振弹性补偿装置。
本实用新型的目的是弥补现有技术的不足提出一种具有良好抗振弹性补偿功能的汽车排气管专用金属波纹软管。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现。
这种汽车排气管专用金属波纹软管,管体为波纹状,两端管径与配用的排气管管径相等,并分别与排气管前、中段焊接相连,其特征是管体为三层状结构,内、中层是两层重叠的用不锈钢薄板制成的波数为9-19的波纹管体,两层的焊缝错位180°±20°,外层是紧贴波纹管体并用焊箍与管体两端固定的不锈钢编织丝网外罩。
本实用新型构思新颖,安装方便,不改变汽车原有结构,由于设置了波纹结构,在排气过程中会产生涡流,以避免直流排气,且其抗疲劳的弹拉伸性、压缩性和弯曲性,可以使排气系统在运行过程中柔软自如,经久耐用,抗疲抗振降噪声,显著地改善汽车的使用性能,延长汽车发动机和排气管的使用寿命。

下面结合实施例并对照附图对本实用新型作出说明。
与江西五十铃轻型卡车排气管配用的金属波纹软管,管长164.4毫米,焊箍(1)外径57.5毫米,内层(2)、中层(3)是用0.4毫米厚的OCr19Ni19不锈钢薄板制成的两层重叠的波数为9的波纹管体,两层焊缝错位180°±20°,外层(4)是紧贴波纹管体的、并用焊箍(1)与管体两端固定的不锈钢编织网外罩,该外罩内由48条编织带按115°编织角编织,而每条编织带又由12根钢丝组成。

1、一种汽车排气管专用金属波纹软管,管体为波纹状,两端管径与配用的排气管管径相等,并分别与排气管前、中段焊接相连,其特征是管体为三层状结构,内层(2)、中层(3)是两层重叠的用不锈钢薄板制成的波数为9-19的波纹管体,两层的焊缝错位180°±20°,外层(4)是紧贴波纹管体并用焊箍(1)与管体两端固定的不锈钢编织丝网外罩。
