Abstract

本实用新型属温室结构，采用钢丝悬索，软体压撑框架结构。撑杆以悬索拉紧，悬索以滑轮悬吊吊索并以坠物坠紧。吊索以滑轮为经纬结点纵向和横向穿拉形成网状面，薄膜敷设于网状面上。本实用新型搭建简易，造价成本低，空间跨度大，采光性能好。适用于农用搭建塑料大棚或其它简易棚屋。

分段压撑式塑料大棚
本实用新型属温室结构，具体涉及一种钢丝悬索结构大棚。
公知技术中，通常大棚建造，一种采用土法结构，以迎风面砌垒山墙，其施工麻烦，遮阴多，跨度短，高度矮，空间小，不便于种植作业。另一种采用大室钢架结构，但其造价昂贵，每亩建棚造价高达万元，投入高，经济效益不理想。CN86209653公开了一种钢丝悬索县结构塑料大棚，其采用硬体框架结构，需定型制作框架，成本难以进一步降底。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种搭建简易，大棚操作空间大的全光照分段压撑式塑料大棚。
本实用新型采用全钢索、软框架结构技术。其包括有悬索、地锚，沿大棚的架设方向的纵向，分段设置n组(n为自然数)撑杆，撑杆上部以悬索拉紧，下部以地锚固定定位，悬索间距均布滑绳，滑绳绞紧滑轮，滑轮穿拉吊索，并以坠物坠紧。悬索、滑绳、吊索及悬重物形成一软体绷紧的硬框架结构。
为增大大棚的空间面积，在横向跨度较大情况下，每组撑杆可为2根以上，即大棚中间位置适当增加撑杆，保证横向大跨度的稳定性。
本实用新型的造价成本低，采光好，操作空间大，相比现有技术具有明显的使用效果。

图中：1为悬索，2为撑杆，3为滑绳，4为滑轮，5为吊索，6为薄膜，7为小撑杆，8为地锚，9为重锤或砝码。
撑杆(2)埋设于地层，并以小撑杆(7)、地锚(8)定位，撑杆上部以悬索(1)拉紧。悬索间距均布滑绳(3)，滑绳(3)绞接滑轮(4)，滑轮(4)可在纵向和横向穿拉吊索，纵向和横向吊索以滑轮为经纬结点构成纵横网状平面，薄膜敷设于吊索网状平面上，滑轮可以重锤或砝码坠紧压撑。

1、一种分段压撑式塑料大棚，包括有悬索、地锚，本实用新型的特征在于沿大棚架设方向的纵向，分段设置n组(n为自然数)撑杆，撑杆上部以悬索拉紧，下部以地锚固定定位，悬索间距均布滑绳，滑绳绞紧滑轮，滑轮穿拉横向吊索和纵向吊索，吊索网状平面上敷设塑料薄膜，并以坠物坠紧。
2、如权利要求1所述的分段压撑式塑料大棚，其特特征是每组撑杆为2根以上。
