Abstract

本发明公开了一种非拱形防雨集水大棚,其主要特点是:用若干镀锌钢管立柱,按方形树立固定,并在该钢管立柱上端用钢缆牵引固定,形成钢缆方格,将四边装有玻璃钢撑杆的方形棚膜,装在上述钢缆方格上,在方格棚膜中央安装上集水漏斗和集水桶,在该方形棚膜四角相对应的四支镀锌钢管立柱上端系上棚膜凹陷限幅绳将上述的集水漏斗和集水桶吊在空中,使该方格棚膜即凹陷顺滑又陷幅可控。相比现有技术的圆拱形大棚,本发明的非拱形防雨集水大棚,具有使用钢材少,造价低,抗风能力强,维护成本低,即可防雨,又可集水,有利于缺水地区蓄水备用等优点,经济效益和社会效益显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种农业生产设施,尤其涉及一种非拱形的农业设施大棚。
背景技术
目前的农业设施大棚都是以圆拱形结构形式建造的,其主要缺点是:
1、使用钢材多,造价高;
2、抗风能力差,棚膜易破损,维护成本高;
3、无法收集雨水;
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点和不足,为此本发明提出以下解决方案:(以建造大棚面积1800平方为例)
如图1至3所示:本发明的非拱形防雨集水大棚相比现有的圆拱形大棚具有如下有益效果:
1、使用钢材少,造价低;
2、抗风能力强,棚膜寿命长,维护成本低;
3、可收集雨水,有利于缺水地区蓄水备用。

具体实施例
第一步 镀锌钢管立柱 方形整齐树立的镀锌钢管立柱上端用钢缆牵引固定,形成50个大棚钢缆方格。(见附图1)
第二步 方形棚膜(见图2),将四边装有玻璃钢撑杆的方形棚膜安装在上述的钢缆方格上,并在该棚膜正中央装上集水漏斗和集水桶。(见图3)
第三步 棚膜凹陷限幅绳(带)在与上述方形棚膜四角相对应的四支镀锌钢管立柱上端系上四条棚膜凹陷限幅绳(带),将集水漏斗和集水桶吊在空中(见图3),促使本发明的非拱形防雨集水大棚中的方形棚膜即凹陷顺滑又陷幅可控。
尽管上文对本发明作了详细说明,但本发明不限于此,本技术领域的技术人员可根据本发明的原理进行修改,因此,凡按照本发明的原理进行的各种修改都应理解为落入本发明的保护范围。

1.一种非拱形防雨集水大棚,其特征在于:包括:
方形整齐树立的镀锌钢管立柱(1)上端用钢缆(2)牵引固定,形成钢缆方格(3),将四边装有玻璃钢撑杆(7)的方形棚膜(图2)安装在上述钢缆方格(3)上,在该方形棚膜(图2)正中央装上集水漏斗(4)和集水桶(5);在与方形棚膜(图2)四角相对应的四支镀锌钢管立柱(1)上端系上四条棚膜凹陷限幅绳(6);将集水漏斗(4)和集水桶(5)吊在空中。
