Abstract

本实用新型煤矸石洗选机涉及到煤矿半煤岩堀进的煤矸中所百分之几到二十几的煤矸石洗选出来的设备。本实用新型主要根据煤矸石比重大于煤的比重，矸石中含煤少，比重大。煤矸石洗选机洗选过程中床层厚度小于跳汰煤机床厚度的三分之一，四分之一，厚度为35厘米-45厘米。筛板倾角加大，第一段2-5度，第二段0-1度，第三段倾坡1-3度。

煤矸石洗选机
本实用新型涉及到煤的洗选，特别是从半煤岩掘进中洗选出所含百分之几到二十几的煤炭的设备。
在煤矿的半煤岩掘进中，无论是采用机械化或放炮，掘进的煤矸石中含有少量的煤炭。为了回收煤炭，有的煤矿采用人工筛选，人工筛选费时费力，选不干净，又影响产品质量。
我国现在的活塞跳汰机(燃料化学工业出版社的《选煤技术基础知识》)是从大量的煤炭中洗选出矸石。该实用新型则是从大量的矸石中回收少量的煤炭。
图一是煤矸石洗选机的原理图。
本实用新型的目的是利用活塞跳汰洗煤机的基本原理(图一)，提供的一种改进的设备，它能有效地将煤矸石中少量的煤炭洗选出来。同时，这种煤矸石洗选机也适合洗选含矸多，灰份高的劣质煤。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：因洗选的是煤矸石，矸石多于煤炭，故筛板坡度比跳汰洗煤机大，各段也不相同。各段为：第一段2—5度，第二段0—1度，第三段倒坡1—3度。同时，适当加大跳汰机活塞冲次，一段冲次为每分钟70次，二段冲次为每分钟65次，三段冲次为每分钟55次。另外床层厚度比跳汰洗煤机洗原煤时要薄一点，能使筛面上的床层保持适当厚度的矸石层和足以清晰的分层的煤层。
本实用新型因为只需要在原设备上改变筛板的坡度和增大活塞冲次，适当减少床层厚度，所以结构简单，操作方便。
实用新型的具体结构由以下的实际及附图给出。
图二是根据实用新型提出的煤矸石洗选机一段的剖面图，每段相同，筛板的坡度不同。
该设备可根据对洗选出煤炭的质量要求，采用两段、三段或四段，一般为三段。每段设两个跳汰室(1)，每段各用一个电动机(2)带动减速箱(3)，减速箱带动两头用轴承(4)支撑的主轴(5)，主轴上装有偏心套(6)，通过偏心套上的连杆(7)带动活塞(8)，每根轴带动两个活塞。由于水流受活塞推动，不断上下运动，使筛板(9)上的床层(10)中的煤矸石各组分按比重分层，轻的精煤随水溢出，重的矸石沉在底层，中煤则居中，到一定厚度排出。
