Abstract

一种珍珠插核套膜装置,它由套环、手柄、拉钩、乳胶橡皮圈组成。其特征是手柄与套环相连,手柄焊接在套环活口的上缘,乳胶橡皮圈套在套环外,套环活口两边的手柄处设有套环活口下缘,拉钩钩在套环上。该装置结构简单,使用方便,使用寿命长,能培育出15mm以上贝附式3/4球面珍珠,经济效益十分显著。

Description

珍珠插核套膜装置
本实用新型涉及一种养殖装置,更具体涉及一种养殖珍珠插核套膜装置。
目前我国培育球面型15mm以上有核珍珠,通常是在插核后,依靠珠贝外套膜的自然形态复盖于核体上部球面,形成珍珠囊包圈核体,经两夏龄以上的养殖,养成球面型珠。现今人工养殖珍珠,在外套膜和内脏团软组织内,移植细胞小片或插珍珠核,培育成无核或有核珍珠,由于外套膜与内脏团软组织之间的空腔容积有限,插植的珍珠的规格大小受到限制,难以培育成20mm以上淡水有核珍珠。外套膜由内外上皮组织及夹于其间的结缔组织构成,结缔组织具丰富的胶原纤维与弹性纤维,使外套膜保持较强的坚韧性,因此,一般至多能复盖插核上部的半球体三个极点,成为1/2核面,只能形成1/2的珍珠,而难以培育成3/4淡水有核珍珠,限制了贝附式珍珠质量品级和价值的提高。中国专利申请号为86106015“全包被大型珍珠软组织外成法”,89105290.9“鲍养珍珠法”,90100591.6“夜光珍珠养殖法”的发明专利公开了培育出20以上的大型珍珠的养殖方法,均采用多核的组合珍珠,尚未解决20mm以上贝附式淡水珍珠的培育问题,经检索未发现一种养殖珍珠插核套膜装置被公开使用。
本实用新型的目的是提供了一种珍珠插核套膜装置,结构简单,使用方便,能培育出15mm以上贝附式3/4球面珍珠。
为了实现上述任务,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:珍珠插核套膜装置由套环、手柄、拉钩、乳胶橡皮圈等组成。该装置能使外套膜与珍珠核完整地贴附在一起,能培育成20mm以上3/4的超大型淡水珍珠。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细描述:

按照图1可知,珍珠插核套膜装置由套环、手柄、乳胶橡皮圈,拉钩等构成,其特征在于套环(1)与手柄(5)相连,将手柄(5)焊结于套环活口上缘(7),套环(1)由不锈钢薄片制成,套环(1)呈圆周形,在套环(1)圆周任意处设有一缺口,在套环(1)缺口的两边套环活口(2)上连接手柄(5),手柄(5)可以卷曲,在套环活口(2)处设有套环活口下缘(6),套环活口下缘(6)设在套环活口(2)与手柄(5)连接处的下部,乳胶橡皮圈(3)套在套环(1)外围,拉钩(4)钩在套环(1)缺口之间的乳胶橡皮圈(3)上。套环(1)的大小随珍珠核的规格而定,套环(1)的直径必须大于珠核直径。乳胶橡皮圈(3)套在套膜装置的套环(1)外围,用拉钩(4)在套环(1)的套环活口下缘(6)处将乳胶橡皮圈(3)拉下,乳胶橡皮圈(3)就会把外套膜和珍珠核一同扎固,使外套膜的上皮细胞完整地贴附于核面上,并分泌珍珠质,沉积为珍珠。
使用珍珠插核套膜装置需要经过插核、倒膜、定核、套膜等操作过程,使外套膜紧贴于核面上。完成手术的珠蚌保持插核侧在下平置于养殖笼中,再将养殖笼放置于育珠水层中养殖。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单,使用方便,成本低,无毒性,不变形,耐腐蚀,使用寿命长,育成8/4珍珠比常规条件下育成的1/2珍珠,其价格数倍甚至数十倍地提高,经济效益十分显著。
