Abstract

一种致冷电器绝热箱体,它与原电器箱体形状相同,对原电器其他构件、系统的安装、结构没有任何影响。其特征是箱体壁有一定厚度,壁为双层真空结构,表面有金属镀层,双层之间保持适当距离且分布有支撑构件。由于其与原箱体绝热方式,结构不同,绝热性能优异,与原电器作对比实验节电45-55%,而且制造它不使用任何种类的发泡剂。

Description

致冷电器绝热箱体
本实用新型是涉及冰箱、柜等致冷电器的绝热保温,杜绝热传导而节约电能效果显著的“致冷电器绝热箱体”。
目前,公知的致冷电器,例如电冰箱、柜,在防止热传导方面是依靠箱体来完成的。起隔热作用的是聚氨酯泡沫,防止环境的热传导入冷冻,冷藏室内这种结构绝热性能低,综合导热系数高,电能消耗高。特别是制造这种箱体必需使用氟利昂、氢氯氟烃作发泡剂。而这两种物质对臭氧层都有破坏作用,是现在或近几年内国际、国内禁止使用的。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种致冷电器绝热箱体,可把电器电能消耗降到极低限度。并且制造它不使用任何发泡剂。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,致冷电器绝热箱体是一与原电器的保温箱体的内外表面形状相同的绝热箱体,箱体壁有一定厚度,内腔形成冷冻、冷藏室,壁都是双层真空结构,每层的内表面都有银或铝的镀层。两层之间保持相当的距离,并分布着支撑构件以平衡大气压强。至少一扇的侧式门或顶置式门是箱体的构成部分,门可随时开、闭。
由于采用上述方案,与现行技术的致冷电器作对比实验,节约电能45—55%,制造这种箱体根本不用任何种类的发泡剂。

Claims (3)

1.一种“致冷电器绝热箱体”,致冷附件,密封附件,压缩机系统,控制系统保持原状态,其特征是:“致冷电器绝热箱体”壁有一定厚度,内腔形成冷冻、冷藏室,壁都是双层真空结构,表面有金属镀层,双层之间保持适当的距离,并分布着支撑构件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的“致冷电器绝热箱体”,其特征是:门作为箱体的组成部分,可置于侧面开、闭,至少一扇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的“致冷电器绝热箱体”,其特征是:门作为箱体的组成部分可置于顶面开、闭,至少一扇。
